Pinterest's Safari extension is working now, btw. It's a bit unfinished. If you don't specify a board to pin to, it'll act like you've successfully pinned, but then it'll just never show up in the app.

PCalc widget also works now (after an update showed up in the App Store), so it seems Apple have fixed the issue.

MyFitnessPal have added HealthKit support:

What's New in Version 5.6.1
We’ve added some exciting new HealthKit features for iOS 8 users. Apple’s HealthKit makes it easy for connected apps to work together while giving you complete control over what data is shared. For this release we focused on three new features that make MyFitnessPal do more to help you reach your goals.

• Add your meal summaries to HealthKit – You can now share meal data with HealthKit-connected apps every time you add food to your diary.
• Sync your weight with HealthKit – If you have an app that records your weight in HealthKit, we can automatically sync that with your MyFitnessPal account. Likewise, if you track your weight in MyFitnessPal we’ll keep your HealthKit data updated.
• Add exercises from other HealthKit apps to your diary – When you exercise with an app that saves workout data to HealthKit, we can adjust your daily calorie goal for you.

An important note about your privacy and HealthKit data:
Because the privacy of your health and nutrition data is important, we’ve left these new tools turned off by default. To enable HealthKit, go the the app gallery in MyFitnessPal and select “Settings” on the HealthKit screen. You will then need to give MyFitnessPal permission to read and write basic nutrition and exercise information in the settings screen that appears. If you give permission to share information with HealthKit, you still control which apps can use that data. And of course you can change what information MyFitnessPal shares or receives from HealthKit at any time.

A bunch of apps updated today to leverage TouchID, including the Amazon app.

StepTracker (an M7/M8 compatiable app) is iOS ready and mentions it'll display your steps in a Today widget.

Impossible Road (game) is the only app update so far that I've seen that has mentioned it's optimized for iPhone 6 and 6 Plus screens.
