Another few apps got updated besides Twitch:

Vessel
: Slide over / Split View / Picture in Picture (PiP)
2Do: Slide Over / Split View, Spotlight, 3D Touch (Quick Actions, Peek and Pop)
dailyme TV: Picture in Picture (PiP) - German app

Apple's own apps finally got an update:
Numbers: Slide Over / Split View, Picture in Picture (PiP), 3D Touch
Keynote: Slide Over / Split View, Picture in Picture (PiP), 3D Touch
Pages: Slide Over / Split View, Picture in Picture (PiP), 3D Touch

They need an option to turn off apps you don't want in split view on the drop down list
I see no one else talking about this

As CD M also mentioned it's discussed already quite a lot in many topics and it's also indicated in the first post in this topic. We all agree that there should definitely be more options to deselect apps from Slide Over / Split View and/or have a search feature.

You are welcome, I already edited the wiki just in case. I didn't include 3D Touch because I thought this thread was only for the mutitasking stuff.

Another few got iOS9 features:

MeisterTask: Slide Over / Split View, Spotlight, 3D Touch (Quick Actions, Peek and Pop)
MindMeister: Slide Over / Split View, Spotlight, 3D Touch (Quick Actions, Peek and Pop)
Booklover: Slide Over / Split View, 3D Touch (Quick Actions)
OnePad Pocket Notebook: Slide Over / Split View
TileBrowser: Slide Over / Split View - internet browser

I also updated the list of apps (mostly internet browsers and some document viewers) that support Split View (not the official) on older iPads and iPhones without jailbreak in the bottom of the start topic.

I really like using Easy Annotate (free with 4,99 dollar in-app purchase) on my iPad mini2 to see two PDF or Word files next to each other.
I also like Side by Side (free) and there is also a Pro version of it (1,99 dollar).

It seems these two also offer Slide Over / Split View according to some other users. I can't find it in the description on the App Store.

Overcast

SLPRO: Slide Over / Split View
