Even the ios mockup is using the Healthbook App still. There's an actual app announced. It's called 'Health'.
If you'd bother to read the blog entry, you'd see that it's from April, 2 months before iOS 8, and therefore before Health was announced.

You've lost a once loyal reader today MacRumors. I'm deleting my MacRumors bookmarks and will now be visiting AppleInsider (DED's editorials are way more interesting than anything you guys post) or 9to5mac because I'm not interested in reading amateurish content.
I'm sorry but this is good-bye.
Why do people consistently think the iWatch interface is going to simply be smaller version of the iPhone interface.
It reminds me of the renders and mockups that were produced before the iPhone came out. They all depicted an iPod-like design with a click wheel and iPod interface.
This is not what Apple is going to do. They will use an interface that is appropriate for the form-factor.
Its a nightmare all over again.... (what's it called again.....)
The 6th nano did exactly the same thing, but it also doubled as a handy-dandy ipod..
Try doing that with an iWatch... to play music you have pair it with an iPhone...
Lets go backwards in time shall we ? Otherwise, its just as dumb as door stop
(Anyone have a time machine i can borrow.)
