What's ironic about that is the argument that I see quite a bit on the forums here regarding live icons or even the command center.

How do you clean install it on a mac? Click control and right click the check for update button?
Do I have to go back down to ios 6.1.3 to get the GM? Or can I do it with the ios 7 beta 6 on my phone?
if I were you guys, I'd restore with iOS 7 GM as NEW, meaning put your iPhone in DFU mode, and connect to your pc, and shift click and select iOS 7 GM ipsw.
DFU restore (so, to no version of iOS) and install the GM.
But you're a developer so you already knew that.
No. No need to go back to officielle iOS version. But as others has advised; Make a clean install with the iOS 7 GM ipsw. Google it if you're not sure as how to do it
I think that's the irony Parise was pointing out. Many of the same people who falsely claimed that only tech nerds wanted live icons or control centre are the same people who now are boasting about how big a deal 64-bit iOS for 5S is.
People change their positions to support their arguments all the time on internet forums, this one included (perhaps especially so on tech or sports forums)
If you do a backup of iOS 7 before you go to GM, it will be able to restore your data right?
I know there was compatibility issues with going back to iOS 6 from a beta backup, so I just want to make sure that data is secure and I wont lose the last few weeks of information.

Should be ok. This is what I plan on doing. Restore GM as new, restore iCloud backup.
I don't think so, but I'm pretty sure the only place you can download it is from the developer page.... until it leaks elsewhere
