Is it available ONLY for paid developers?

Maybe it's a dumb question.. When I click the GM link I get the 'To access iOS 7 GM seed, you must be a member of the iOS Developer Program or the iOS Developer Enterprise Program.' message.....

So I think I am answering my own question...

Yes, you are.

Yes, though I'm sure the IPSWs will be floating around the interwebs later today. Big Q is does it need an iTunes upgrade to work?

No need for sarcasm (over use of 'mate' clearly aimed at my previous post to you). My post earlier was a piece of friendly advice. There's a sticky at the top of the forum stating clearly that asking for links to Developer software or UDID registration is against forum rules.

And for the record, anyone who's been into iOS for years knows where to go year on year for GM's and betas.

Well I didn't do either of those so :p

Well can someone at least tell us how this build runs, id like to know before i download

No, actually it's completely necessary. Beta's should always be installed from a clean slate.

Why? I don't see the point when I'd just restore from my backup right away. Reminds me of the arguments for installing OS X updates clean.

[MOD NOTE]
DO NOT ask for download links for the GM, this violates the MacRumors rules.

[MOD NOTE]
Thread closed since people keep asking for the link to the GM in violation to our rules.
