Am I the only one who is having trouble reserving an iPad or are they not showing up at all at 9pm on the reservation system?

Hi, poster from the UK, currently in Toronto. I want to pick up a couple of iPads, and have seen that the price for the 32GB wifi only is CA$619. I am also aware that HST is charged on all purchases at 13% so the total price will be closer to CA$699. I have 2 questions and any help would be appreciated.
1. Which store in the Toronto area has been receiving stock most regularly? I don't mind going to wait early if I know I have a good chance of getting one. I am able to travel to Sherway Gardens, Eaton Centre, Yorkdale and Fairview mall quite easily so that is not an issue.
2. My second question is whether or not it is possible to reclaim the HST when leaving the country. In the UK, our VAT is not charged to visitors, who are able to reclaim the full amount at the airport when they are leaving.
It would be a great help to me if anyone could help me with these questions

In terms of stock, right now you can't just walk into one of the Apple stores and buy one. You have to reserve at 9pm. I had success w/ Fairview Mall.
I knew we had such a program in Canada, which is why I was surprised to find this article about it's cancellation on the Canada Revenue Agency website. The article does give a few situations where you may still qualify a refund under a new program, so the article may still be worth a look.

With the "Reserve after 9pm" system no longer in place, I was wondering if anyone has had any luck picking up iPads in store within the past week or so?

Been out of the loop but I'm surprised that stock is still so scarce!
I spoke with a CSR at the Eaton Centre location and he said that people were still lining up daily. Any truth to that?
Is it likely that I'll be able to find a 32 gb wifi only black model in stores in Toronto within the next bit? I'd order online but I'm a bit hesitant because of the impending Canada Post strike. I understand that Apple ships via FedEx but is it possible that this strike may affect Fed Ex Shipments into Canada as well?
Any help is appreciated
