Why should that make a difference? I was told the orders were on a first come first serve basis...
Mine has a few spots of back light bleed. I realize this is an issue, but I can only see it in certain situations (brightness 100%, blank black screen, and dark room). I even used Netflix with 100% brightness (which I never do) in a dark room and could still only see the bleed at certain angles and I checked all four edges. I'm not saying this is not an issue, but I will rarely if ever be using the iPad in any of the criteria to recreate the issue to the point where I notice it.
I never even checked this on the first iPad and thought the screen was great, my biggest concern with the last one (had a couple bad ones) and receiving this one was dead/stuck pixel which I am happy to say I don't have.
With that said, I have a second iPad coming in and will check that one out. I'll keep the better of the two and sell or return the other. IMO, if it wasn't for this forum or other new sites I probably would have never noticed it. I guess sometimes ignorance is bliss, but this time it's too late.

I ordered a 16gb Verizon but in Black on the 15th. Maybe I should call to see if I can switch to white if it's in stock.
I work across the street from B&H. They only had 16gb Verizon 3G iPad 2 in stock today. They do not know when or what models they get. They just get shipped from Apple.
No go for me though. I need 64gb Black AT&T.

I ordered 1 32gb black Wifi on Tuesday mornining, and they said about 1 to 1.5 weeks. I guess they are giving all sorts of answers.
If its truly 4-5 weeks, I would definitely want to go and cancel my order. I'm tempted now to just order through Apple.com and whichever comes in first I keep, and then cancel the other order or sell it if it's too late and already shipped.
I just called to see if I can switch my 16GB Verizon Black to the White but they said they are completely out. Are they saving some for just in-store sales perhaps?
How did you order two? The B&H rep I spoke with said I can only buy 1 when I called today, 3/17/11. Did they change the policy?
Sorry to go off topic but a J&R rep assured me that they would be getting a large shipment of various models next thursday. So take that for what it's worth.
