Use the "Delivery Reference" number first, then the "Order Number" beginning with 'W' (it's at the top of the shipping notification email Apple send).
Your Web Order number will be on the top left handside of the Apple order screen, should start with a W.
My order has changed to 'Preparing for Dispatch.' I think it was still 'Processing' yesterday. I'm supposed to get delivery in the 22nd-24th October bracket. (My iPad is a 64gb Wifi.)

My 128Gb Silver Cellular has being saying that since 16:08 last Friday, still does now a 9:42 Tuesday.

When I checked the site just now it is still showing 2 to 4 days delivery for new orders of the same kit, so there must be plenty of stock left for that model in the UK. The other colour options have 4 to 6 days.

The thing I don't like about the black fronted iPads is that they show up finger prints really badly, I learnt that lesson with the first iPad, I've always gone with the white ones since then.

Yeah still waiting to see a change on my 64GB Gold + Cellular - still processing with the 22nd-24th due date. Suspect the 24th is looking more likely. They haven't even tried to take the money for it from my account yet.
Tomorrow is far more likely than the 24th.
It can go from processing to dispatched in a couple of hours. You have a good few hours to go before it will be too late for tomorrow. If for any reason it doesn't happen for tomorrow (which I doubt) then it will almost certainly be Thursday.
It looks like Friday will only be for those where there are problems, or in remote areas.
I finally got a charge (but still "processing"). Before, I never got a charge, not even a $1 test charge, until now.
Been prepared for dispatch since yesterday evening now, hoping that they just haven't updated my order yet and it's turning up tomorrow!
There have only been a couple of reports on here of actual dispatches, and one of those was to Northern Ireland, which may have needed to leave the depot earlier because of flight times.
To be available for delivery tomorrow, they don't need to actually leave the depot until late this evening. I'm sure that our status of preparing for dispatch is correct, but that doesn't mean that they are still strewn all over the floor with people fixing labels to them. They are probably palleted up and just waiting to leave the depot. They could stay like that for a few hours yet.
In fact, when they do change to dispatched, it won't actually mean they have left. Just that someone has scanned a barcode and it's confirmed that they will go today.
Mine (128/SG/Cellular) is still 'processing' with no charge. And the delivery is 22-24th
