If our delivery estimates have moved from 22-24 to 28-30, what is going to happen to those who already had a later date than ours?I ordered my WiF i+ Cellular 64 GB Space grey Air 2 within minutes of the store coming back up. Got the confirmation email at 16:07. Just this minute the delivery estimate has updated to Delivery: 28 Oct, 2014 - 30 Oct

No luck at Sheffield Meadowhall store this morning. They haven't got any model. Strange! John Lewis has at least the Wifi models in...
My 128GB cellular is showing the same as originally (23rd to 27th Oct) - it's not slipped back but is still on 'processing'. At this point I think that's a good sign
Confirmation email was at 4.07pm Friday,
....and yup, mine has now just been pushed back to 28-30 October so looks like there is an issue or a shortage of the cellular ones. Every year at iPad release time, the cellular ones are always up to a week behind the WiFi only ones for some reason.
I will be surprised if there are any cellular ones available in Apple Stores this week. So basically, the cellular ones have been pushed back a week.
I'm not totally convinced I want an Air anyway so I'll check out the WiFi demos in store and perhaps just cancel if I'm not blown away. For what I need, an original Air might do the trick - and £319 for the basic one versus £579 for what I have ordered on the basis I have a cellular Mini R might do me for a couch iPad.

I will do - just restoring at the moment. It may just be my imagination but even through the protective film, I can notice a difference with the screen just by looking at the screen from the side. The white Apple logo is more visible from side on.
Nothing at Meadowhall this morning. They were not sure about deliveries later today.
Still waiting for the delay that everyone who ordered cellular in UK seems to be seeing but so far whilst still saying Processing it is still on the 22nd-24th delivery. So I have a small glimmer of hope for a pre-weekend delivery but with money still untouched I suspect that it is just a matter of time for the push back.

My gold 128GB with cellular (confirmation email received 16:02pm) showing as delivery between 22nd-24th. Still stuck at 'processing' though.
My 64GB SG Cellular was confirmed at 16:05 and it's been pushed back now to 28-30 Oct - you may be lucky if the 128GB was not as popular.
My order exactly the same as yours and our confirmation emails were a minute apart, delivery date has not slipped yet !
OK, so after a few phone calls, the only place even remotely close to me with the new Smart cases is the Apple Braehead store so looks like I have a trip out there are some point today. The Edinburgh store told me they were expecting stock in the next few weeks! I suspect being a new store, the guy was just ill informed.
My iPad has just finished restoring - that was around 50 mins to restore 27GB of data including 127 apps. I don't think that is any faster than before.

I've just returned from the Apple Store at Victoria Square in Belfast. I didn't stay long because they have no cellular models, not even for display, and they don't know when they will receive any. The situation may well be different across the Irish Sea.
Even the WiFi-only models of the Air 2 and the Mini 3 were not on display, although they have arrived. The very friendly chap I was chatting to said they were being counted and entered into the store inventory while I was there (just after they opened at 9.30) to go on sale later today. I was told there was no hard-and-fast launch day or time. Not like Apple!
Anyway, I guess for now I'll just wait for my cellular web preorder to get past processing...
