I learned after the whole IP6+ ordeal to never order again from AT&T. How did that work out for me? This is turning into the EXACT same thing all over again. Come on guys (Apple), get this ***** fixed.

Sucks dude. I actually ordered my 128GB iPhone 6 right from AT&T. They told me a 2-3 week shipping estimate and it was shipped that night. This was a week after launch after I returned my 6+.

Finally joining you guys as preparing to ship. Anyone seeing anything from UPS or Fedex yet for estimated delivery date?

I'm also still processing, ordered at 1am on the 20th

OK we are in the same boat, maybe it's shipping west to east.:D

Just switched to "Preparing to Ship, 10/23 to 10/27"...Two, 64GB LTE Space Gray & Gold, ordered right after the store came back on-line. West Coast.

At some point after 11am my status went to "preparing for shipment." My card was charged yesterday A.M. I'm in the Mid-Atlantic.

Apple's stated delivery committment to me is "Delivers Oct 22-24." (64GB Space Gray Cellular).

Whew, not available in stores yet.

Ordered as soon as the store opened on the 17th. AS of 3:48PM EST.

As long as i get it before its available for me to pick up in a store. Otherwise, why pre-order? lol

One tidbit: the Engadget review said that the LTE unit they provided with included a carrier-branded SIM and not an Apple SIM.

Yes, but that's a review unit. The retail units would have to come with an Apple SIM because there are no carrier-only units. So either it comes with an Apple SIM or it comes with no SIM. I don't the the later is an option. Plus Apple advertises it on its site as preinstalled with the Apple SIM.

I know all that. I pointed out that the review units included carrier SIMs for this reason:
This lends some credence to the theory that the (minor) delay of the cellular models compared with the wifi-only models was related to the Apple SIM. You'd have expected the review units to come with the Apple SIM, if it was ready-to-go.

Any folks that ordered from AT&T get a shipping update?

Wife's Gold 128GB LTE changed to Preparing for Shipment a little bit ago.

My SG 128GB LTE is still processing.

Ordered the SG at about 2:30PM EST on the 17th, and Gold about 10 minutes later.

Daughter's Wifi 64GB Gold is on the UPS truck to our house right now... This was the last one ordered.

I am half tempted to just cancel and go get one in-store tomorrow or Friday (assuming in-store pickup goes live tomorrow/Fri as it did today for Wifi).

Another one here that's preparing for shipment. SG 128GB LTE.

Any word on what carrier Apple is using on these or if it's overnight?

I don't think any US cellular orders have received tracking numbers yet. I've been checking UPS and FedEx regularly, as well.
