Resolved iPad LTE availability in stores? (Mini and 4)

now that you mention it, it may be pacific time. Apple usually do their sales pacific time.
Got my ipad 4 LTE today at university village apple store in Seattle! Definitely can tell the difference from the ipad 3
I always thought it was local time, but then I realized that they were activating the "Select Store" link sitewide -- it's not like they were doing location detection via IP address whether or not to show it to you.
I really do think it has been eastern time. That's usually been when the "select store" link has gone live. I dunno. Keep an eye on it.
When I try the NYC Apple stores for pickup, I get this:
It's different from before 10pm EST when it still said inventory was updated at 10pm nightly. Last night this option said "available mid November."
The problem is, the button is still grayed out...

if I buy elsewhere, they're getting less money than if I bought at the apple store. I may do that now. It's taking apple forever to get at their store.
perfect. now i'll need to stay up late again most likely for nothing because there will be none in stock.
Actually, I think if it says to visit an Apple Store then that store has quantity available....when I choose the 5th avenue store the white LTE mini in my cart says that, but the black version says
So, that last part tells me they don't have stock of that particular model.
i'm on livechat with apple right now. they confirmed that the 10pm for the grayed out radio button is 'unusual' and will be reported to hq. i'm almost 100% certain it's a global 10pm PST cutover when the pickup button becomes active.
Ahhh I can see 64gb ATT minis in stock at two stores near me but I can't order them!! I don't know if I am frustrated more by this or the fact that my preorder at 12:02 PST won't be here for a week!
With the exception of the LTE minis, stock is now showing for other items. No use in waiting up for another 3 hours. Either it's a technical glitch that the mini LTE stocks aren't registering in the system yet, or it's intentional to get folks in to the stores....
The iPhone apple store app will let you see it. After playing with the models and locations I found a few in stock around me but I can't place a pick up order, the button is grayed out.
Somebody failed to bring the LTE minis on line. 4 LTE AT&T allows you to order it. Some IT person went home too soon.
For the iPhone 5 pickup it was 10p local time (of store you picking up at). But maybe first night is today and they're having hiccups or not live til 10p PST. Will know in a few hours. 
so frustrating every store except 1 has it near me including the one i picked up a mba from today and they said they had none....now i gotta stay up till 1am to put the reserve in haha dammit apple.
