In that case buddy consider yourself lucky. Trust me, if you have dead pixels, you don't have look for them..they look at you and its pretty annoying.
In Russia, dead pixels look at YOU!
Sorry, couldn't resist...

Why would you order one from Germany? Nothing special about them there? And they've been out there for a good few months..
EDIT: I too don't believe this.. Why would you sell it when you'd be covered under warranty..
I can't post pictures of 5 iPads because I only hade one iPad at a time.
So it's my fault that Apple ships units with dead pixels, dust particles under the screen and yellow screen issues? Yeah, right!
I can post pictures tomorrow on my dead pixel and the dust particles under the screen, when I have access to a better camera.
Some serious OCD cases on display in this thread.
Isolated issue.
If it's a widespread problem it would have been covered by the media.
My iPad is perfect.
I got my iPad replaced at the Apple Store due to intermittent issues with the Home Button.
I have checked the replacement unit for dust and dead pixels, but I didn't noticed until last night that the display doesn't seem bright enough (and the brightness control doesn't have as many low brightness levels as my original iPad) and also seems to have a yellow tint. It seems like a low quality display, unlike my original iPad, which showed white colors as white.
I use my iPad to read in the dark, reason why I noticed the difference quickly.
I definitely notice that this new display is of an inferior quality as my original iPad.
So I do believe when other people claim to have this problem. Now the question is how to solve it.
