Just had my second crash on 9.3.3 made it about 11 days in between crashes.

i got a replacement a while back and was crash free... when it happened just a few moments ago. same problem, watching youtube, and tried multitasking into safari, then i crashed, apple logo showed up and back to lock screen. why apple

updated to 9.3.3 beta 3 will see if it's fixed. I haven't tried ios 10 yet I am waiting for a couple more betas.

Maybe ios10 will fix this? So frustrated. Always crashes when listening to podcast and then multitasking. Are we sure its software?

Just had my first crash on 9.3.3 beta 3 so not fixed yet. I was thinking the same thing maybe its not software but I have exchanged and I still have this issue.

ive been getting less crashes now, but im getting mire 'stutter' where apps just show me a black screen when multitasking, anyone else experiencing this?

Got an email from sending in crash reports that said to try the newest ios 10 changes have been made to fix this issue. Hopefully it will be fixed I have updated to see. I was going to wait for a couple more betas but went ahead and bite the bullet.

I did the reinstall that they recommended before taking it to the store. It crashed the same day after reinstall, and one more time 6 days later (7-5-16) and as of that day, it has not crashed. Amost 2 weeks, crash free! Maybe certain apps updated and changed the circumstance.

i went crash free cor a while but some apps will cause it i think

August 2nd. Still crashing. I'm not going to exchange it because I don't think that's the answer. Man I hope ios10 fixes this.

Me too. I had a crash Aug 1. But that's almost a month since July 5 (the last crash).

Can someone with the iPad Pro 9.7 run iOS 10 and see if this is fixed?

I never had this issue on iOS 9 and I don't have it on 10. I get that it's not a one off and it's not one person with a corrupt install reporting this. What I don't get is why people are putting up with it. It's not normal, take it back.

Not trying to step on anyone's toes here just genuinely puzzled why people are putting up with this and waiting for an OS fix for something that shouldn't happen on any version.

ive only crashed twice since i got my replacement like 4 or so months ago. whereas with my first one would crash at least 1 or 2 times a day

Finally took it to the store and got a new one. I have to wait a million years now while it's reinstalling to see how it functions.

I broke down and had mine replaced last Wednesday. The techs at the Apple Store seemed quite convinced that there was a problem the memory in my iPP (and no, not the lack of it). Only time will tell, but everything has been solid so far. Fingers crossed.

Ive just had a crash going from youtube AirPlay, to safari to answer this thread, so trading it in doesnt fix it. but much less frequent than my first one

Waiting for the crash...just got the pro 9.7....one thing for sure my pro 12.9 is definitely faster and more fluid

One crash, specifically tied to a single app. Prior to the replacement, my iPad wasn't even logging the crashes, so there is a distinct difference. The app error in the log was also something I have never seen before (vm-thrashing).

My replacement is less problematic, but there are still some issues.
