I preordered from Verizon and it's showing "shipped" via standard overnight but when I track it on fedex it says expected delivery 3/31. We'll see.

Pre-ordered at the TMobile store, chose a Space Gray 32GB iPad Pro. I use my tablets mostly for web browsing and editing text documents/notes so I don't need a whole lot of storage for music and stuff.

I haven't received much information from TMobile, I ordered it on Friday afternoon and I got an email yesterday saying it would be shipping by the 30th.

I've had some through Anochorage, some through Korea and some through Hong Kong. But I'm sure if the volcano situation worsens UPS will have ways of diverting air traffic!

Apple Pencil en route even now! Before the evening is out I will have a... hunnerd dollar pencil.

Sometime later tonight I am going to look at myself in the mirror and ask "what the hell was I *thinking*?!"

This better be the best pencil ever since I first picked up that fat #3 in Miss Chilton's kindergarten all those decades ago...

I pre-ordered thursday morning about about 8am MST, just got my Pencil (I'm in Colorado). iPad still says preparing.

For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure all iPhones I've pre-ordered in the past have gone through Alaska on their way here.

I've pre-ordered with Verizon many times and they always hold the delivery until launch day, because Apple makes them so that everyone gets their new toy on the same day.

Count me on the list, mine shipped around noon today with standard overnight shipping and Fedex will hold it until the 31st.

But the tip on my pencil came with a pin hole in the tip. The replacement tip is fine.

Smart Keyboard for the 9.7" was due to arrive today via UPS, but there was a "sorting issue" and it won't be here until tomorrow. Had this happened on launch day I'd be pretty upset, but the new iPad won't be here to use it anyway so no biggie....

This is a big contract for UPS so they will be very keen to please Apple, so I think although not impossible, launch day slip ups will be very unlikely (hopefully!)

I ordered THIS case for mine! But it was a prime item when I bought it.

However,

Im trying to decide between the apple keyboard or the Microsoft universal keyboard. The MS keyboard has two angles, function/ media controls and cost a third of the apple one. But I kinda like the fact that the apple one is a lot more portable.

Although I really like being able to take the iPad out of the case and use it bare. Kinda hard to decide.

Its really going to come down to how usable the apple one is in the lap.

How did you get it? Did you order through Apple?

I ordered through Verizon Wireless, and I checked my order status online, and it showed my tracking info. They have since then emailed me a shipping email.
