Nooice!!! Ordered mine from Apple.com with in-store pickup today. 
I can't wait to get it. I find it odd the Apple Pencil is not ready to go yet though. I'll order that later on I guess.

Yup, it's interesting that stock seems easier to find on the East Coast than the West at the moment in the US. For that reason alone I'm going to be eying the site through the day while I wait to pick the iPad itself up. With a little luck, it will be available in limited quantities in my area today or by the weekend. For me the Pencil is half the point of this device.
All of mine for in store pickup show processing which makes sense. 128 lte, cover and case.
Yeah, I don't know, I'm still getting a paypal error. Really disappointing. The pencil and keyboard WERE available and have now sold out around here while trying to get this to work. Has anyone managed to use paypal to order??
same here.It's interesting that none of the stores in the Bay Area, including the store at the Apple Campus, have the Pencil available. Will have to wait until the 19th for one
I assume that when the store opens at 10am I'll get a notification within a few hours that will say it is ready for pick-up.
I'm just pumped they have it in stock today.

You can't use PayPal on Apple.com or Apple stores... At least I've been told you cannot.

Yeah, the option to use paypal is there, but it keeps throwing up an error. I've always used paypal with them, never had this happen before.
I placed my order for a Pro, which is great! Like others, I'm confused about what to do about the accessories. The earliest date for shipping here is Nov. 19th – later than expected, but not so bad.
There's no option for in-store pickup, but I'm wondering if they'll be in stores on Friday?
What do people think? Did you order them for delivery, or are you waiting?

Did you have to do anything special? Once it even let me get to the pay pal page, only to throw up the error after I was ready to click place order.
I ordered one for delivery but will be checking Apple Store and Best Buy stock multiple times a day for the next week to see if I can snag one quicker.
There will VERY likely be at least 1 case of each accessory in the store today....for the Pencils that would be about 20 units and for the Keyboard it would be 10 Units.
Well, those were available at 1 of 3 local Apple Stores for me. Not the one where I ordered my iPad itself, so... I'll be doing an Apple Store Tour tomorrow, I guess. But more to the point, I think it's likely they will have them, but, haven't received their shipment, or haven't checked in the stock. Items on the truck to a store aren't available to anyone so they don't show that way until employees scan them in at the store.
I'm just guessing here of course, but, my experience with modern retail supply chain corroborates this possibility. So basically, if it was me, I'd place an order online for the later November delivery and then check local stores regularly until one shows up or the order ships, whatever happens first. You can always cancel the online order (well, so long as it doesn't move to far into the delivery process.)
Nope, nothing special. Just clicked on the paypal button and it took me right to the paypal login page. I ordered right after the ipad pro orders were opened... it may be a little busy now.
