As I said in the news discussion, I ordered 128 GB in Polish store where the delivery date was initially Monday. In separate order I wanted to get the Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil, however, I was sucessful only with the latter, since the keyboard is not available yet here in Poland (no idea why...

Got a 128gb WiFi in the UK delivering on Friday.
No store pick up option? Unless I did something wrong. Went for the Logitech case as it looks the better option (wraps the iPad all the way around, I like the 'look' of it, backlit and still works off the new port/magnet thing).
Pencil showing 19-26 November which is frustrating. Delayed production to add the charging gizmo in there perhaps ?

I suspect the availability on the accessories will increase faster than the estimates and be on par with the devices themselves within a week or so overall. Uncoordinated launches (those without pre-order planning) are often inconsistent. You wouldn't notice if you were not staring right at the sun, so to speak.

Except for those of us who wanted a keyboard case or pencil at launch....bad for the stock! People will just buy 3rd party accessories and accessories is where all the margin is...I ordered the Red Logitech one myself.

My alternative plan was a $2100 notebook running Windows that reportedly crashes without doing anything every 10 minutes for some people.
I don't feel bad at all.
Apple Store Fashion Valley looks to be sold out of the 128GB LTE SG version but available at other stores in area today.

Watch the stock at the stores. There is a VERY high chance that shipments are on their way or even already arrived but not checked into local stock yet. Also watch for stock at other electronics vendors that are going to sell the device.
I would bet if you keep your eyes peeled, you can find these items sooner than expected.
