Is the $15 dollar for the sim card with activation? When I got my pro they put a AT&T sim in and took out the apple sim.

AT&T offers SIM cards for free... But you'll have to be a customer of there's. They will have to check it out for you. But the way  has their iPP set up... Customers can activate without going to a carrier.

It already has a SIM card. I just need to activate it for AT&T. The $15 is purely a money grab... I can understand if I'm a new customer by all means charge me for the $15, but I'm not. I just feel that existing customers shouldn't be charged.
 
Finally got my iPP yesterday evening! It's the silver 128GB. Have got to get some kind of cover or stand for it. It did go into the frozen black screen over night and I had to do a soft reset. Is it just me, or should a $1,200 piece of equipment not freeze the first night you have it? Lol

Did you restore from a backup, or did you set it up as a fresh device? I've seen people who did restores have more issues.

I new for my other iOS devices it came with a apple Sim. I was going to question the rep about putting in a AT&T sim. But I was to happy to get my Pro. That I didn't think too.

I wouldn't allow anyone to be the first one to touch my iPP before me .

The AT&T rep just needed to scan the box to allow for purchase, that's about it. Could had walked out in a breeze... When I had bought mine... I had it reserved, but I seen the Smart Cover on the shelf & picked that up. Then went next to another wall.. Seen the Nimbus controller, so I picked that up.

Mine was for the 19-25th. It arrived today. I paid for the one day shipping. I believe it was $14. I don't have to pay for activation so I figured...why not?
 
No. I think it depends on the FAN. I have never paid an activation fee since bein an AT&T customer. I purchase through my premier account and that's that.
 
I have a FAN account as well.. Did you call to get it waived or it simply removed by itself?
If your FAN discount waives fees it will happen automatically. if your FAN does waive fees but it isn't automatically waived. Call or go in. They will fix it. But that's only if it's one of the stipulations of your discount

I just got a text my 128GB/SG/LTE shipped via UPS. I ordered 11/11 at around noon in store. Hoping for a Happy Thanksgiving now (minus the pencil of course, grumble grumble) ^_^. Hope we all get them soon!

Congrats!!! So jealous.. What were your original quoted ship dates?
 
My ship dates are still steady at November 25, 2015 - December 3, 2015, for the iPad Pro 128G/SG/LTE Ordered at 11/11/2015 at 6:05:11 PM EST
 
My excitement was slightly dashed by the fact that UPS is showing a 7 day delivery. Meaning it'll get here a week from today...Black Friday :p. I was hoping for 2-3 days Ground.

My original dates were 11/25 - 12/03 ship estimates. So still slightly ahead. I've yet to find a pencil or keyboard anywhere though. Here's to hoping!
