Some of us went directly from China to Kentucky. That's a long flight lol. I assume they just didn't bother scanning when it was in Alaska, or the system just said.. post the latest info, forget about the retroactive stuff?

How did you go about having it held at the CC? Did you need to call in? I have had it held in years past but the only options I get on the UPS website and the app is to pick a Store and I know that will delay it. The local CC (also about 20 minutes away) is not showing up as an option (and I need to be out for chunks of the afternoon so I do not want to roll the dice on delivery).

I did some digging on UPS website and it looks like the CC is now only an option if there was already a delivery attempt made...

I called UPS and was able to hold for pickup in CC with automated system.

I am. It says on the trade in info the kit doesn’t ship until the item you ordered ships so that process won’t start until today.

I guess the 2:55ers took control of a plane in ZZ, but none of us knew how to use the UPS scanner (so we didn't scan ourselves). Yet somehow we were able to fly the plane to Louisville. What an ingenious group we are.

This is the only page that does this when you request a hold. Actual tracking shows in transit on time and any other page also shows in transit. Why do you confuse us UPS.

Any 2:55ers still have tracking stuck in ZZ? Still waiting for my import scan from KY. Waiting, waiting, waiting. I'm happy to hear that scans are coming in though. I was worried this morning but less worried at this time. It would still be a relief to see the import scan though! I did receive emails from Apple and UPS telling me that my phone is arriving tomorrow.

I'm also on IUP with a trade in but nothing so far on that front either.

LOL, my UPS tracking went from ZhengZhou to import scan Louisville. As expected, same as every year. No sweat, I’ll get it tomorrow.
