UPS just updated for me. My phone is in Louisville, KY as of 10:13am. Woohoo!!
Woohoo! My phone now shows as being in Kentucky.
I don't know how much more time I'll spend on here between today and tmrw when my phone arrives, but I'll share this thought..
I haven't upgraded in four years, and when I bought 11 Pro, I logged into these forums to check in on what everyone was talking about. Initially, I laughed at the fact that people were tracking planes, or tracking the package at all for that matter. Next thing you know, I got sucked in and started tracking every move of my phone (which happened to be minimal because I was a 2:55'er until 1 hour ago
), along with tracking all of yours as well.
What I'm realizing now and is it wasn't as much about tracking the phone, but more about hanging out with this community. It's been a blast logging in and watching everyone's progress, or some cases, lack of progress if you were stuck in ZZ until recently. I've been part of many different forums throughout my life, but I don't think I've experienced one as friendly and awesome as this one.
Can't wait to do it again next year with all of you!

For those asking, I just got an email that my trade in kit is on the way!
I am 2:55er and mine just showed up in KY a few minutes ago. It says it was scanned at 11:36 but showed up at 11:55 (Eastern) on the tracking page.
Like an actual email saying it shipped? I got one just before my delivery email but it was just a generic how to prepare email.
If you are trading in more then one phone make sure to match up the serial number on the trade in box with the phone.
Lol! I thought I was the only one who felt bad for the devices I’m replacing. 😆 The Xs Max is being traded in, but my friend at work is buying my Apple Watch series 4, so it gets to live on.
Kind of odd, UPS site says I need a signature and so I click on sign now. But then when I try to leave delivery instructions it says I can't choose that option because it needs a signature. I even tried a few options such as management office and concierge. We have one of those package systems where it gets left in lockers and you "sign" for it when you pick it up, so hopefully that will work.
Who else is still upgrading to ios13 today.... despite getting new iPhones tomorrow lol
I got my trade in email as well! My aunt wants to buy my XS though, so I will have to call Apple over the weekend and get them to unlock my loan so I can pay it off. I did it last year and it worked out so I'm not worried about it messing anything up this year. Can't wait for tomorrow!!!
Mine updated from that screen with the exception noted to the one below in the UPS app on my iPhone. I take this as a confirmation that it will be held at CC per my instructions to UPS earlier in the week
Last year I got a My Choice email from UPS on Thursday night telling me they'd be delivering a package to me by end of day on Friday, but at 7am on Friday morning they informed me that my packages were being held for pick up. I cannot definitively state that last year's had this Delivery Change in its status, but I did make the change later last year than I did this year.
I’m on an Amtrak in transit to my house right now. I anticipate the upgrade being live when I get there. Can’t wait!
