Y’all. I found a microscopic scratch on my lens right out the box. Am I trippin? I can only see it in some lighting. What should I do!? Y’all can tell me if I am crazy.

That is a nightmare. When I was at the Apple Store at my check in time, one that helped me was struggling but since I knew how the procedure work, so I pretty much helped him ring out but usually when it's the iUP in store pick up it usually have a pop up and asking is the customer going to do the trade in. Yes or No. Then once the process is complete then on the next step it automatically pulls up a window where then you answer some questions about the condition of the phone. After that I wiped my phone clean, and handed that over and I got an e-mail that apple has received my old phone and my loan is closed.

*Sigh....there are times I felt like I should work at Apple. haha.
A few years ago, the rep that was helping me asked if I needed a job because I knew more about the products than she did. :)

Yes it’s endless. I figure it’ll be done by morning.
Okay, I don't have THAT many apps. It finished downloading a few minutes later. Now to re-download my podcasts. Now that will take a long time. So in a way, you're right. It's endless. :D

Honestly, I don’t understand these blasé replies you’re getting from other people. I’m a photographer, so if I spend $1400 bucks on a camera lens, YOU DAMN STRAIGHT THERE BETTER NOT BE A SCRATCH ON THAT GLASS!! That is photog 101, so yea, take that phone to Apple and have them replace it. A single scratch can basically render the entire camera system useless. Totally unacceptable!! It’s your money, ppl shouldn’t tell you how to react to a defective camera lens on a $1400 phone. Sheesh.

so the truck on follow my delivery went back to the depot, but yet my phone is still out for delivery. I think UPS really dropped the ball on this one and totally blew it without enough drivers and trucks to deliver all the phones due out today. The driver who delivered my husbands phone told me it's been crazy out today.

I feel bad for the drivers, but I really hope that deliveries are not put off until Monday now.

It’s not on the glass it’s a tiny scratch on the ring around it.

Still can't activate my phone. Been hours on support calls with AT&T and Apple.

"The SIM card in your new iPhone is not the one that shipped with it. Please reinsert that SIM card and restart the activation process by turning your iPhone off and on."

I mean it sucks but you can’t expect them to get extra vehicles for one day. Not the holidays where it’s high volume for a month or so this is 1 day.

How did you purchase it? AT&T next or financing?

They have brought on extra help for iPhone deliveries in the past. If I had not been told deliver my 7 I probably would not be as annoyed. It' just a pain that's all.
