Anyone who sent out their trade in to Apple, does your tracking say “Please check back later for scheduled delivery.” Just sent back yesterday, and it’s moving.
This is the same thing I discovered Saturday when hunting since I got the dumb Delayed email for my launch day pickup. Mostly 256 512, and most of them SIM Free.Saw the 2 stores around me have a few as well mostly the Max in 256 and 512 no Midnight Green though.
This may be a general issue. I have two kits for two phones. One was swapped, one was not. Neither has an SN.Got my IUP return kit, firm instructions to make sure SN on phone matches SN on return label. Return label has no SN. Called Apple, had to repeat the problem 3 times before they understood it. Endless wait, then the rep said I'm only returning one item so no need for a SN on the label but her supervisor said to verify the SN over the phone. No match. What?? Another endless wait, lots of back and forth, did I exchange the XS Max and get one with a different SN, no did not. Turned out the SN she read me was for my iPhone X, returned last year when I got the XS Max. Finally she said she found out that the box I was sent was connected with the correct SN for my XS Max. So I'm returning it in that box but gotta tell you, I won't rest easy until they verify that the return is complete. I've had fantastic luck with Apple senior advisors and upper management but some of the tier 1 folks could use more training.

There is the Web order number, but I've already removed the two top pages. Didn't expect to need them and then was about to pack phones up and saw the boxes were the same except for RMA numbers and the like. Arg....

No tracking for return kits, and that would only have the top label, in any case, which I've removed from each one. On phone with Apple, who first tells me it doesn't matter which one I use. Waiting for senior person to confirm.....Like when you look at your order online each phone should have the trade in kit under it with a tracking link. Can you match the tracking number on the box to the order online?
I'll be going from the 8+ to the 11 pro max ( when I get it) so it will be a change for me as well but I'm excitedMy sister finally opened her new phone. She has no idea how to use all the new features on the phone. Her old one was a 6. She is so funny as I tried to explain the Face ID and all. It is a big change for her. I think she will really like it when she gets used to it.

Now I have a loan, ok, and I added Apple care+ But I saw a comment here somewhere that Apple care is included when you are on IUP. Can someone straighten this out for me? Did I have to buy it, is it included or what. I’m confused and calling Apple right now would probably be a bit unconvincing since they are so rattled LOL
No, I was able to get the 3%, the Apple Store finally figured it out on how to get the card to work but but Apple Card support was no help at all. Lucky! I have the same dates 14-21 oct. there’s been zero stores with stock here in Phoenix AZ. I’ve been checking and going to stores since Saturday.mine is 14-21 Oct. I hope it changes soon!
