Nice to see some familiar faces here this year again!
I ordered 11 Pro Max, 256 GB, Midnight Green, AT&T with the iUP.
Order placed at 8:02 ET. Email confirmation at 8:24 ET. Delivers Sept 20!

So I placed my order correctly and got a 9/20 pickup date but my stupid self picked the wrong pickup time and ill be out of town for my pickup time. Is there a way to change the pickup time at the apple store or am I SOL and need to reorder for the correct pickup time for myself?
Are you on the IUP program? If so, as others have noted, your loan hasn't been approved yet.
These don’t usually actually ship until like Monday or Tuesday right? If I remember from last year
I am curious wondering if there were not as many 512GB phones as smaller memory? It could be that it was going to be hard to snag one for the 20th. More curiosity but I wanted the extra memory to keep my photos and videos on it without any problems (Never had with 256GB either but this year thought I might go all out LOL)
we'll start seeing movement on Saturday/Sunday, I think... or at least ups info even if apple's site doesn't update til Monday or so.
Has anyone been able to successfully get a hold of Apple customer service yet? I need to change me shipping address and neither Chat or Phone is available. Has anyone been able to do this successfully?
What do you mean? Do they approve it in the store when you go pickup?

I must be having premonitions about posts to expect over the next 10 days. Does anyone else have any favorite panic (why don't they just just calm the heck down, its just a phone and will get there when it gets there it isn't armageddon) posts?

Kind of odd how they have phones available for pickup but not shipment, and then available for shipment but not pickup on launch day. Gold and the 11 Pro Maxes seem to have a lot more stock for shipping. Hopefully I don't have any issues picking up since I'm not technically the account owner on Verizon but I'm an account manager and the CC I used to pay is all in my name.
I was able to call and chat at 8:30 EST to update my payment method, however the store is down on their end so they told me to call back within a few hours. I was adding some gift cards I had to my order.
a couple minutes after my first order and bam 9/27> ... Hope it goes sooner like in years past..

Apple doesn’t allow tracking officially until the phones enter their destination country, but we all know how to trick UPS into showing us their journey through China
Ahh lucky! I've been trying every 10 minutes or so and can't get through!
Ordered between 8:03-8:04ish am EST time (confirmation email received a couple minutes later at 8:06am EST time) for a midnight green iphone pro 256gb fully unlocked on the Apple Store APP on my iphone, to be delivered to my house. I kept refreshing the APP starting at 8:00am and finally got in around 8:02am... i was kicking myself because I hadn't inputted my credit card info last night and knew I had to do this this morning (wasting precious seconds lmao)... I did however favorite the one I wanted but ended up switching from 64gb to 256gb which I am glad I did at the last second.
I would have went with the iphone upgrade route but am kind of annoyed that I cant - this is due to the fact that my current cell plan is through where I work and is a business AT&T plan (so the only person that can buy a new phone or authorize anything is not me lol). Sucks that I have to pay the whole thing up front but that's the price I have to pay I suppose for also not having to pay for any of the monthly cellular fees haha, I can't complain too much.
I did however notice that the unlocked versions of the phones were showing earlier deliveries than various carrier ordered versions at 8:30am Est time and even at 9:00am Est time (a week earlier than carrier versions).... 2 years ago I had our work plan administrator order me an iphone x. She ordered it a little after 8am eastern time when pre orders had started around 3am EST time (and ended getting a delivery date in DECEMBER).... I wasnt going to go through this crap again lol so this year I decided to order myself an unlocked version.
TLDR: Anyways - it showed delivery for september 20th when I got into the website... got through to checkout and placed the order around 8:04am EST time. Confirmation email arrives ~8:06am showing the same sept. 20th arrival! Other than the minor delay on the apple store app the whole process went absolutely great once I got in and everything processed quickly for me!
Good luck everyone and hope there are no hiccups! it appears to be a good manufacturing year for the iphones though! Look forward to hearing other experiences!

Has anyone had any trouble accessing their order? I ordered right at 8:03am est and was able to get an 11 pro silver 512 and received my confirmation email and everything and even says delivery on the 20th. Now I check my account and it won’t display my order and even on apple.com when I put in my order number it says the information does not match our records. Sooooo where did my order go? Lol
It all blurs together, but I think some years I don't show movement until Wednesday. I think the launch day shipping is a little different than after launch. I imagine Product is sitting somewhere staged all ready to release.
