I used Apple Card. I got the email that my Citizen One loan was approved and that’s it.

I also haven’t seen anyone else with a date as late as mine that ordered that first hour but I haven’t read every thread either.
There’s a chance that the date moves up I’ve seen that before but it’s frustrating if I do what I’m supposed to to get ready and still get delayed.
There’s no such thing as “doing what your supposed to do” this is all luck. There’s no set rule that says if you order by so and so you get a release day delivery.

You obviously chose a high demand configuration, I don’t know what you expect anyone to say

Did you order the same size and carrier is the 9/20 orders?

The gold really wasn’t popular, the phone I got is still available for launch day delivery lol. (Aus)

My iPhone 11 Pro Max and Apple Watch Series 5 have September 20th delivery dates and "Preparing to Ship" order status but do not yet appear in UPS My Choice. It is 7:34 PM in Shenzhen. I would not expect any UPS My Choice updates during the next 12 hours.

Ya I’m sure all the ones marked preparing to ship are ready to roll Monday morning.

Did you change this through citizens one? Cuz that’s where the Apple store app takes me to update my info

I am anxiously awaiting the e-mail from Apple with the pre-sign paperwork. However I leave town Tuesday morning. If I don't get the pre-sign paper in time. Can I just take a piece of paper with the tracking number and sign my name on it and UPS can leave it at the doorstep? We will have a pet sitter come later that day while we are away...
I always just do the release authorization on the ups tracking and leave a note that says, to the exact wording

“ups, please leave package at door, thank you”

And sign the note. Never not had them leave it.

I had my order by 5:03 & I saw the dates had already slipped by 5:05 when I went to check again. I don’t know but you’re kinda over expecting tbh.

I also had my mac, iPhone & iPad opened, it took several tries on iPhone and refreshes on the Mac to get my order in.

I don’t know what you mean by I’m over expecting. I feel for you in that it sucks and seems arbitrary but it is literally supply and demand

Question since this is my first time selecting store pickup. Do you still see it pop up via UPS track by reference when you’re gonna pick it up at the store and not being shipped directly to you?

I can call the UPS help line and do that right? Assuming I have to wait for the tracking number to populate... Would that delay delivery?
You can call if you don’t have the tracking number. When you do get tracking it’s an option on there you don’t have to call. If you have it held at the hub where it’s loaded onto your truck it usually won’t delay it.

I used Apple Card paid the full amount don't want citizen bank this way I can pay as much as I want every time citizen bank you have to call if you want to pay more or pay off they gave me hard time when I wanted to pay of the balance of my last iPhone

My phone is now showing up on UPS Mychoice. 9/20 cant come soon enough!

BTW, pay little attention to the status on the Apple Store App. A few years ago I got no updates to mine and phone arrived on release day. Happens to many every year.

Download UPS App and sign up for My Choice. It’s free and you can ‘Sign” to have the package released and they will leave it.
