Mine still says "in progress" and I ordered at 8:03 on Friday. Not worried.
I ordered both of my phone under same order no, the space gray is ready to ship but mine si er still in process. I ordered at 7:58am PST on Friday. What’s going on? Space gray is for my husband. I have silver.
 
Did you look over this? Was everything correct? Mine still shows my current phone under the installment plan.

I just looked at this email again, and it is showing my current phone also which is weird.

You would think it would show the new iPhone 11 instead.

Must just be an error maybe?

Yeah, I spoke to someone from AT&T and they said it seemed wrong. So they Were going to notify someone to have them look into it.

I'm sorry, I can't understand. Why is wrong the fact that is showing the current phone? If the installment plan is not completed, it will show both of them. If it's completed, it will aso show both of them (obviously with a 0.00 of charge). Why is wrong or weird when that phone is already activated and working? Can't understand.

Mine doesn’t show the new phone. I guess it makes sense that it wouldn’t show because I still don’t have the 11 pro, but then why send me a new customer service summary? Nothing on there is new except for the upgrade fee.
 
Everyone, please do not get caught up in if you plan shows your new phone, order status, etc. if you have a delivery date of 9/20, barring an issue with FedEx, you will have your device by Friday. There are still several models that will still have a delivery date of 9/20 that are available to order today.

I’m not concerned with not getting a phone delivered on time. I just don’t want to make any additional payments on this phone.

I msg'd AT&T on Twitter and asked if I could upgrade yet (since I'm on New Every Year) and they said yes. Then of course come pre-order day, it doesn't give me the option. I just decided to buy the thing outright, then I'll sell off my XS Max and pay it off and then come out $100-200 ahead, and not have a higher payment for the next year.

Heck, this might be a good time to jump back to Verizon... have never been happy with AT&T due to their lack of good rural coverage.

You shouldn’t. Once the new phone gets activated and you trade in the old one, they will take it off your installment plan. It might be prorated based on your billing cycle timing.

I checked out with pro at 8:00:38 on Friday and still in progress. Checked out last night with 11 and still in progress but both showing 9/20 delivery

My bill closes on the 19th, but I had already made an additional payment to the installment plan in order to be able to upgrade. I don’t want to make another one when technically I already paid for it. Thank you for your help though. It makes a lot more sense now.
 
I am probably watching these shipment threads a little too much. But texting AT&T automated order status gives me back ordered while AT&T website says preparing to ship. Excitement builds as I think this means shipping information soon!!

Haha......if I never saw this thread I would have been fine with, "In Progress", but now i want that, "preparing to ship" ugh! I know.....I know.......just relax you'll get it on 9/20...... :)

Firstnet customer, serviced by AT&T. Did my upgrade from an 8+ through the Firstnet portal, and my status went to "We hit a snag, but we're ready to get things back on track." yesterday. Firstnet support assures me all is well, so I suspect this is our version of "Backordered". Still have a delivery date of the 20th. Hopes this helps someone.

My Pro Max 256 and 512 are both the same way. My SBSS Watch has a date of 9/23-9/30 and is In Progress but Backordered via text.

ATT has incredible coverage in rural areas! 65-100mbps with no throttle ever.

But when I go to the at&t mobile app it says I have 1 order and when I click through both phones are in there with separate order numbers, so do they maybe lump them for shipment together? Does anyone know?

About the same happened to me. My second order was for my wife and was done a few minutes after mine. However, that second order went to "Preparing To Ship" sooner than my first order. I would expect that first order of yours will change soon probably tonight or tomorrow morning.
