Definitely America First.

By the time it opened for me it was 26th October Delivery on the 12 Pro.

Had the App Store open (app facing) for hours if there was any sort of fair queuing system.
US stock will have already been allocated against rest-of-the-world stock, so pre-ordering opening there a few minutes earlier won't have made any difference to the rest of us.

Is there a reason why you went with the T-Mobile version instead of the SIM free? I am not sure whether I should go with my carrier version or the SIM free version.
All iPhones with iUP are sim free. It just coming with T-Mobile for convenience.

I noticed that the magsafe charger date slipped just as quick as the phones, went from 21st to 23-27th in the time it took me to pay

I was a little late, but seems like store pickup for the Pro is widely available. Time slots going fast, though. I lost a preferred time slot during checkout.

Apple Store is so so slow. Crashed 4 times and I had 4 phones showing in my basket. Eventually managed to order the Pro, but delay with processing meant store pickup was the only option... else deliver date in November.

Not working in the UK. :-(

I did see a finishing touches message before 13:00 but now "Say Hello to" - half rendered. Click on "View pricing" (which should have disappeared by now!) and get "Undefined".
Typical! Had tried again and again. Post my experience (above) and next time I try, works perfectly.

iPhone 12 Pro 256GB Pacific Blue on launch day! Super excited to replace my iPhone X silver.

Double order: one for  Store pick-up and one for Express Delivery. See which processes sooner. Also, ordered some accessoires (afterwards in a seperate order, to speed up the process) with a black silicon case with blue leather pouch. Didn't saw the combination on internet so I Photoshopped it together:

Literally the ordering on Irish site crashed immediately when ordering opened!!!! Pi$$ed! Had to wait half an hour and now my order is coming in November.. Bull

Snagged a iPhone Pro Pacific Blue with estimated delivery on the 23rd. Only issue is with my qualified trade - so it shows $258 vs. $440 through Verizon. I'm on the phone with them now. If they can't modify the order I will probably just cancel it and wait. Not sure what I had to do to get the full $440. From the looks of it I forgot to "modify my plan" to the 5G? Which I can't get so it's pointless. lol

Had the 12 Pro Black 256 as a favorite and it was a few taps trough the Verizon stuff. Added the Navy case. Now a week wait although the case comes Wednesday.

Soooo if we got confirmation email we’re in the clear, right? I also see pending charge on Apple Card. It timed out when I checked out—then site crashed but I got a confirmation email and see the order in the app now too. 🧐

This is BULL!

Apple is trying to get us to risk COVID by prioritising store stock over deliveries.

I'm sure Tim cook is sitting in the basement of Apple headquarters saying to himself "Mu HAHAHAH I'll get that user on Mac Rumors! I'll make it so he has to pick up his new phone in store and get the 'Rona. BA HAHA!"

I mean, it's Apple, not Virtucon.... 🙄

My is not working at all. Cant get past the selection process. Been tryin since 8AM to no avail. iPhone upgrade program using apple store app. Only tells me to remind me.

You're not getting into the store to pick up. They'll bring it out to you. And you won't be serviced without mask use. God your comment is the most American ****ing thing I've ever read (or maybe you're from across the pond) ...

I WANT TO BUY SOMETHING I DON'T NEED AND I WANT IT ON LAUNCH DAY BUT GOD FORBID I DRAG MYSELF OUT OF BED TO GO PICK IT UP CAUSE COVID-19

If you want the phone on launch day and you can't get it through shipping, then go to the store. If you don't feel safe going to a store for a first-world product you don't need, wait.
