iPhone 12 Apple leather cases?

It’s very dark aqua blue in bright lighting, decent lighting the green hue comes out

In dark lighting it’s dark blue / could even be mistaken for black haha

The photo with the wallet perfectly captures what mine looks like in bright lighting

my se2 literally can’t capture the greenish hue in it that is like the pacific blue lol

I’m in two minds.

I love the colour in the two pics you’ve posted. Not too keen on it in bright light.

It's..... interesting lmao. I prefer the low light, almost black appearance haha

I recommend looking at it in person

no photos are fully representative

really trying my best lowering exposure and taking a screenshot of that before it processes the photo

Yeah I’ve got the BB and a Black arriving Sunday so I’ll decide from the two. I’ll probably go BB as black is just a bit boring and ‘standard’.

Yeah I like the black on my se2 but I also have saddle brown for that

Wouldn’t just want black

If I didn’t get blue it would be another saddle brown but wanted to switch it up
 
Could someone weigh the leather case? Either for the 12/12 Pro or the Max-version?

I've seen someone write that it's under 30 grams which I find hard to believe with the magnets inside and as the silicone one is heavier than that.

I appreciate all the photos. It’ll help me make a more informed decision. Now to wait a week until the pro max gets here. Always the hardest part!

It weighs 25 grams, the silicon case is 3 grams heavier.

I returned my MagCharger, I see no point to have it with this many cons. I have other wireless charges.

I did order the leather case thou. The new California Poppy color is gorgeous.

Does the leather case raised lip around the screen interfere with gestures at all? Thanks.
 
One small detail I like about these leather cases I hadn't really noticed with the silicone as much since more subtle to the touch, is the buttons (in this case aluminum) are flat instead of slightly rounded like on previous curved body style iPhones

Interesting. I could see a nice patina developing along with this set up ... damn it, I told myself I wasn’t going to buy expensive cases this gen and rock it naked with Apple care 😂

I’m disappointed that they didn’t make a cypress green case in leather. I picked up the black one today and really like it. It doesn’t seem overly slippery and the buttons are super responsive.

Ordered the Baltic Blue for my Pacific Blue just after 5 this morning. I was ordering my wife the Gold Pro Max from T-Mobile at the same time. Glad to see that these are not a myth. My phone is supposed to ship from 11/10 to 11/16 and my wife’s is shipping 11/13 to 11/13. Who will win? 😄
