I have a Fed-Ex account. Any time a shipment label gets created with my address the information automatically shows up in the Fed-Ex app, as long as I'm signed into my account.
I’m in a similar boat except my order was completed 10 mins after launch. Still shows preparing to ship but also a delivery of 11/13. Contacted Apple and they said it’s still on schedule. But I see nothing on UPS or FEDEX using my address or phone number. Says “no deliveries scheduled for this address”. Getting worried. It’s 3 days from 11/13 and no signs it left China like everyone else has seen with theirs.
I ordered through the Apple app but bought it using Verizon payment installments. So I’m assuming Apple is in charge of everything since it’s their site I go to view the updates
Don’t be confused. The only thing that’s sure is that you’ll get an email when it’s on it’s way to you and that should be sometime between now and Friday.
So, jus sit back, relax and enjoy your phone on Friday.My phones must be in the same shipment as yours, since my three Pro Max iPhones departed Anchorage, AK at 12:24am on 11/10. Really wish I knew what time they will be delivered to me in NC so that I don't have to sit home all day! I tried rerouting them to a local UPS store for a $5.99 fee per phone, however it would have delayed delivery from Friday to Monday.

Then, you’ll get it on Friday unless something horrible happens. Heck, if there’s a mixup with the back end system, you could even receive it WHILE it still says preparing to ship!

I payed in full and I did app too I got it at 8:00 EST I think we will get it anyways it is probably some glitch.
Yikes! I know what you mean! I have mine coming to my home as well! I'll be working that day, but I have it being delivered to the management office in my building, so depending on what time it actually arrives, I may try to leave work early so I can pick it up! I remember having my shipment changed the year the iPhone X dropped. I had it re-routed to deliver to my local UPS store, but I don't remember paying that much when I did it. Of course that was three years ago, so I'm sure it's just a regular price increase. Still, I totally get wanting it for the weekend, and NOT a Monday.
Similar boat here. I ordered my Pro Max from Apple 6 mins after opening. I just checked after giving up for a day or so, and now it's finally presenting as "Preparing to ship" with a delivery date of Fri Nov 13. If the past has taught me anything, UPS will update with an early delivery, only to miss that date, and possibly the 13th as well. Hope it's different this time, but you know what they say about the definition of insanity....

Did you look into ups and fedex? I did and Nada....guessing I'm not getting it on launch ugh
Yup I created accounts for both carriers and nothing. I just texted Apple to find out what’s going on. I’ll let you know if I hear anything useful
This is what Apple just told me... “The preorders are on a plane now for Friday delivery / once the phones land and are received into the United States you will get shipping / tracking updates.” He also said... “I would be surprised if you didn’t get it Friday. The orders are prioritized”... still doesn’t make sense as to why we cannot view any tracking info but other people can
