84% with 91 cycles. Just sad!

I plan to keep this until iPhone 14 and hoping this battery drops below 80% before Nov. (It was dropping fast, 1-2% every 7-10 days but ever since updating to 14.7, this battery health has stayed ay 84% since. How interesting.)

Whatever..if I have to drop the $69 bucks after Nov, so be it.

But yeah I get it, resell value for those wanting to upgrade from 12 to 13s are a bit tricky with many dealing with these extremely poor battery levels now. SMH.

I plan to keep mine until the iPhone 14 launches as well. I will definitely be getting the battery changed before 2 years is up.

Launch day 12 pro max at 91%.
Not too worried- I just enjoy the phone and there's always AppleCare if it keeps going south before I get the 14 next year.
Use the 20w apple charger with the MagSafe duo every night and sometimes the MagSafe Battery pack.

Launch day 12 Pro at 96%. I charged this phone everyday night with the old 5w charger from Apple.

Launch day 12 Pro Max at 100%. I charge every evening (or sometimes twice a day if major heavy use) using a original 61W Apple charger. I also disconnect when it reaches about 80% juice.

Very happy with battery health on my launch day iPhone 12 Pro. I use a 5W charger overnight, that is connected to a smart plug that charges for a couple of hours usually to low 90s for SOC.

I just checked my cycle count. I'm at 216 cycles and 90% remaining capacity. Crazy to see 162 cycles and someone still at over 100%. This percentage is either crazy inaccurate or some of us have really crummy batteries.
But he started out at a higher capacity than most! I've seen starting capacities at 102% but most I've seen are right at 100% starting out. He got a good one but you have to compare apples to apples. (no pun intended)

I know I have a crappy battery. With medium use have to charge midday.

Luck of the draw getting batteries from the factory. I've had some come 96% from factory and some 108%. My 12 Pro Max 104%+ - and that's why it's still 100%+ today.

My launch day 12 pro is at 89%. Charge every night on anker wireless charger. Sometimes charge at work if heavy use occurs during the day

You know you can charge it to 100%, right?
Of course but there is a reason why optimized charging try to learn your habits and stops at 80% till you need it. The battery is like a spring, and there is a lot of wear in both outer positions. 80% is plenty for me, I have no problem getting the battery to lasts till I can recharge again.

I don’t sit and watch it charge, I simply just top up and disconnect when I need the phone and since optimized charging slows down or stops at 80%, that is where it natural stops, without me getting out of my way, getting it 100% charged.

Mine just dropped again this week to 89% I can’t believe how crappy this battery is. I decided I might as well just go back to iOS 15 beta again, as battery life was the only thing that concerned me. My battery life sucks anyway, so I figured I’d try out the beta again.

I got mine Nov 25. Issue with a 100% drain overnight in late Feb. which made me look at the battery (which showed 99%...then all downhill from there), then started keeping track.

I don't think I ever had a true 100% health on this phone.

Wow, that looks like that came out way under 100% from the factory. That's amazing. Well, I'd probably look at trading in to upgrade to the next version if I was you :/. Sorry about your phone's capacity. Looks like it's dropping pretty fast too. If you have AppleCare+ - that should definitely hit <80% in under another year (now whether or not Apple will replace it is another thing).
