Launch day 12 Pro Max still sitting at 100% battery capacity.

What's your current charge cycles? My launch day is at 231 charge cycles with 100% health still

I'm at 131 charge cycles. In fairness, I have other mobile phones that carry some of the load. So, I only charge my phone every 2-3 days typically.

Good battery health for sure. Should be getting at over 300 cycles like what a normal battery should do before it hits 99% health

My launch day 12 pro suddenly went from 100% to 96% in 1 week. Only difference compared to before is that I started to use apples 20w charger about 2 weeks ago. Only 12w before that.

I find it quite odd when you guys think that this "taking all the enjoyment out of using the phone" and that it's suppose to be some sort of burden. Most of the time I am already near a charger and barely even notice. I wasn't aware that plugging in a phone while sitting at a desk or driving in a car is something you must not have heard of? Lol.
don't bundle my quote with the other poster. I was quite curious how you can keep up with those rules you've set for your phone. do you consistently watch it around 78% mark until it reaches your goal?

No. I use Shortcuts to notify me when it reaches 80%. It's not difficult and doesn't require constant monitoring. I know how long it generally takes to charge.

Down to 85% on only 285 cycles. Very unsatisfied with the performance of this battery. Definitely going to be under 80% before 500 cycles.

Do you wireless charge?

I fast charged my Xs max for a year and it lost 11%. This was with the apple 20W brick, not even using wireless at all. But my 13PM is still at a 100% after 2 months.

Please let us know if you have the same problem with the new phone. Good luck to you!
I got my replacement in July 8,2021
just looked at my battery health and I just looked at my battery health and it dropped to 99%. Is 4 months normal?,

Hit 80% battery life with 392 days of ownership and 345 charge cycles. I have to charge this phone 3 times a day, yet Apple thinks it’s in “good condition”. They won’t honor the warranty until it hits 79%, which is ridiculous considering they claim a battery should have up to 80% health with 500 charge cycles, which is clearly impossible with my phone.

Absolutely garbage customer service by a company doing unethical practices to make money.D5EB2C97-FC14-492A-BDF1-1446C47C985D.jpeg

I have to say goodbye to my 100% battery health soon at 255 charge cycles :(

8 months of use, 208 charge cycles and 100% battery health. iPhone 12 Pro, purchased in April 2021. I usually keep the charge between 20 - 85%. It has been charged to 100% less than ten times and it has never gone below 10%. On normal days I usually go down to about 25-30% charge from 80-85% and I only fully charge it on days I know I am going to need my phone a lot. Quite happy with the results so far.

Wireless or plugged in charging?

Launch day 12 Pro Max, I'm now down to 85% and I'm not a heavy user, I charge once a day overnight and that's it. I've never, ever had this happen with an iPhone before.
