I think you are trying to justify and are also satisfied with Apple's decisions on what a smartphone Pro Series should and can do.It's not the same form factor. 12 Pro Max is thinner.
Apple has never put a X class chip in an iPhone, only the iPad.
Pro Max has 460 DPI, do you really need more than that? IMO, no.
7.5" is a tablet. Go get an iPad mini
Twice the battery size? Sure, for twice the phone thickness and nearly double the weight.
8GB of RAM? They just went from 4 to 6. We don't even know the impact on this. 6 might be good.
65-watt fast charger? It already uses the 20 watt fast charger. Samsung only goes up to 45w.
Did you just throw out random numbers?
With a reduction in CPU die sizes you can go with X/Z series chip in a smartphone. We as consumers should be receiving X series performance in an iPhone. The technology today allows it!!!!
What I am illustrating is that Apple can control its own market by creating and innovating an iPhone or a phone period that can surpass anything in its class under $2000. GB5 scores of 2000 single-core / 7500+ multi-score. Samsung has a foldable tablet that cost over $2000, why can't Apple push the iPhone to a bigger and better Pro Series. Apple buyers can budget more than $2000 for phones. The Pro Series is at best an incremental upgrade over the 12.
