Did you add up the individual bars in the chart because that is what I estimated based on? If you are going by the screen-on and screen-off times, that includes on the charger and is a moving 3 hour window. And screen-off times need to be included as that also uses battery.
I was sleeping the moment the charger was connected, so I counted until I put it on the charger : so from left to right until the charger 15+10+30+25+55+55+55 = > four hours, but yes I didn't include the screen off time. Anyways that doesn't bad as usually it would have drained about 70% as you can see in my last ten days picture.

Just to add another voice to the ongoing battery saga…

I’ve not had great iPhone 13 Pro battery life basically since 15.0.1 but especially since 15.1. I’ve tried all kinds of things suggested in these threads…reset all settings, unpair watch, AirTags, etc. but nothing really made any difference.

Obviously I’ve been obsessively checking the battery graph and today something very strange happened. A load of ‘recently deleted apps’ background usage appeared that wasn’t there before. And I mean that quite literally, it’s as if this background usage had been invisible but suddenly populated 10 days worth of history.

I should point out here that I haven’t actually deleted any apps in a long while.

Restarting my phone, all of this background usage suddenly disappeared.

So I’ve definitely identified something weird here. Could there be some sort of hidden background process killing the battery? No idea what to do with that information even if it’s true…

I set up my Working Samsung a52s on Sunday. Apps installed Photos taken Updates installed. This morning the battery still has 41 percent, which makes you really jealous.
Doesn't that get much better with the 13er pro, I sell the part. That doesn't make any sense anymore. My old XS with 96 percent battery capacity easily lasts twice as long as the 13 series.

Sorry, but I've never had an iphone cucumber like this. And I've been with it for a long time.

That is super weird. Could it be just one app that you have deleted but is named as "Recently deleted apps" because it's no longer there?

I have been using the 13 Pro for about 17 days now, but I have not been all that impressed by the battery life of my phone. I am mostly a light user, but whatever I do seems to chip away at the battery life quite fast. I updated to iOS 15.1 (19B74) but that didn't do much good. I have turned out the background refresh thing for most apps, turned on dark mode, et cetera.

Last night I went to bed at about 2 AM with 20% battery left. I wanted to check the overnight battery drain and figured I would charge it in the morning. The pone was dead when I woke up at 8 AM. It somehow died at like 5 AM according to the battery app, without any activity reported in those 3 hours.

The 4 to 5 bars of high activity displayed in the graph below is mostly me testing what watching Netflix or Youtube on wifi would do to my battery, which I guess seems fine. It's mostly other stuff or me not doing much of anything that kills the battery. I am still trying to figure out how to test it properly.

I am still in the window where I can return the phone no questions asked. I really don't want to, because I love everything else about the phone, but I also don't want to be annoyed by the battery of a phone in this price range. I don't even care all that much if it's not that good, I just want to be 100% certain nothing is wrong with my unit. Which seems to be quite hard to determine.

I haven’t deleted any apps.

I’m not sure I’m explaining this as well as I could. This usage didn’t appear at all for the past 10 days, then it suddenly appeared for those exact same 10 days where it previously didn’t exist, then it disappeared again.

It’s not as if the background usage is there for 10 days then goes away for the next 10 days. It’s randomly disappearing and reappearing on days which have already passed.

I’m starting to think I might have to resort to setting my phone up as new, which is the only thing I’ve not tried.

Since installed ad block in my 13PM my battery has been pretty great. Before ad block was just ok and phone got hot. Recently started using vpn again also and still fine.

Mainly use safari along with some phone calls/texts anad background music streaming I an usually around 60% left by eod (8am to 11pm) with 6-7 hours of screen on time.

@Taz Mangus gave me the ad block rec and works wonderfully.

Which one did you use?

My 13 PM is showing only 4m of screen off time. How is that possible? I haven’t used my iPhone for at least 3 hours at work now..
