In the App Store app it says "There was a problem with the card details you entered" which is odd because I used my Apple Card yesterday and it was fine to order AirTags.

When I try to order in Safari I click the "place your order button" and it spins for a bit and then nothing happens.

Anybody find a fix?

For anyone who had Apple Card problems and had to switch to another card, will this change all future loan payments? I want that sweet extra Apple Cash back, I don't want it on my other card. Can we change it if so?
No. It’s only for what you are paying today assuming you used your Apple Card when you did the load registration and approval. You can alway check on Citizens One website (need to register you account on their website).

Buah ha ha, trust me I'm not at all. My phone was more expensive than any of these, is notchless, and unfolds into a tablet. I'm good my friend. Again, enjoy!
Tell us about your chipset buddy. Probably by next year the chip in the Apple Watch is going to be faster than what you have in your phone 🤣

I just ordered the iPhone 13 Pro, 128GB, Sierra Blue. Looking forward for it to replace my iPhone XR.

Couldn’t get through until 13 minutes after 0500 PST. 13 Pro Max silver 256 and blue silicone case. Spouse got the 13 pro 256 silver and the clear hard case.

cases arrive on Wednesday, phones on Friday.

oddly, my Apple Card pre-pre-order backfired for no logical reason, the spouse went right through…so I had to place the order as if I was going through it as a new order. Very lucky I think. 😳

Like others, switched to a non-Apple Card and order went through. Funny thing is that I got the confirmation email for the order while the checkout screen still spinning on the app screen.

On another note, I was able to purchase my daughter's iPhone 13 that's not in the Upgrade Program just fine with my Apple Card

I had this issue too. Just got an email confirmation FINALLY. After about 10 min? Best of luck. This preorder has been very Wild West for loyal fans.
Yes i just received the confirmation for sierra blue pro 256 as i have the pro12 max and it's quite heavy so I'm selling it

Yeah. Unfortunately had to use a different card.

Just call after your phone is activated and they will credit your bill. Go through this everytime I upgrade because rarely do I go through AT&T directly.
There's actually a place to do it on the ATT account website. Someone told me about that last year and it was super easy. Believe it's a dispute button or something and the option to challenge/reject the activation fee was an already populated drop down option. Selected that and it was removed from my next statement.

13 Pro Max 128GB, done. No need for ProRes video here. Only hiccup was that the app flashed "Let's complete your pre-order" for like a second, and then it disappeared. I had to start over, which took all of 90 seconds. No big deal.

I'm in the Citizen's One loan / Apple Card issue rabbit hole. I had successfully completed the Apple Upgrade Program pre-order and Citizen's One loan pre-authorization as soon as we were able to, no issue. But this morning, I'm getting an error saying my loan has been declined (it's in good standing and paid up to date) and my Apple Card payment method has been declined (also in good standing with no payment due at this time and an $8,000 credit limit). Calling Citizen's One is a customer service nightmare, and the Apple Card customer service chat function is currently on a backlog. What a mess.
Same problem here!

go back in and try again! Where you trying to check out with your apple card? same thing happened to me, use a different credit card and hopefully it will work. It took me 5 tries, and in one fo the tries I got the same "not approved for the loan" , then I went back into the app and the link was still there to continue upgrade.......or look under account and then "iPhone upgrade program"

Probably not! My phone has the Snapdragon 888 w/ 12GB of RAM. Again, it is also a phone and mini tablet in one device. It is more snappy and smoother than my 12 Pro Max was and I'm not trying to get the best Firestrike score on my cell phone. Hey, good for you though. That will be a solid upgrade and I'm not being snarky!
