So I took the chance and got the screen replaced again. I feel like this one is much better, albeit not perfect. The first two are with 3s and 10s night shots and the third one is with no night mode or flash. What do y’all think? #ratemyscreen ???
Is the top of your screen (next to the notch areas) dimmer?

Got a 13 Pro a few days ago from an Australian retailer (JB Hifi) and found I had the red tint issue as well…went to get a replacement device and they wouldn’t because they couldn’t recreate the issue in-store (super bright lighting). Then went to an AASP store to have the display replaced under warranty but they wouldn’t because they couldn’t see it either. Only choice left is to go straight to Apple… what are the chances they’ll replace my device? Below are some photos of it that I took with another phone.

Sorry to see this, can't advice you, but I anticipate a long frustration filled journey ahead. Perhaps return it under the 14 day remorse period if it exists there and rebuy again.?

How’s it going? Did you get the device replaced?

Hello Guys,

I read all 57 Pages and couldnt find anything similar to my problem.

My 13 Pro has a pink tint on the left side of the screen when brightness is below 5% to %7 and its only there when the background is white or very light yellow.

I downloaded the grey backgrounds here and tested in a pitch black room with 0% brightness, no pink at all, just the right side of screen slightly dark (very hard to notice, need to look at the screen from arms distance to see the darker area)

So since most people here do this pink tint test with grey backgrounds and i can also see from their pictures that they have visible pink tint but i dont have it on mine. Its just white or light colors (especially visible on backrounds like color of sand).

I am wondering if i dont have it on the grey backgrounds but only on white can it be due to the screen protector? I put on a spigen screen protector on the first day i bought the phone so never had a chance to check the screen naked. The screen protector is quite expensive so i dont want to peel it off yet without being sure if this is due to the scree protector.

Doss any of you have a similar situation where when the brightness is 0% on grey backgrounds everything is looking great with no pink tint whatsoever but on whites its visible? Would really appreciate any feedback.

Hope you all get great panels next September :)

First picture is 13 pro that I returned right after purchase. Second picture is my 13 mini that I have used 7 months now. Its absolutely one of the bests I have ever had. I have had 2 phones with almost perfect uniformity: Oneplus 6 and S22+.

Hello from foreing comunity and i need your help. Becouse there is no possibility for me right now to see other screens live

I have already read a bunch of pages about OLED and blue off axis tint and so on on Russian segment But I haven't read all the pages here.

Situation: the screen of 13pm that i have (this is my first OLED phone) is nice when I am looking straight at him : no pink, no green tint , no red tint etc.

But when off-axis lI begin to notice a change in a warm, pleasant white color towards a bluish, cold one.

I am attaching 1 video and 2 links as an example.

This is not my video, but it is typical for my situation, but here the person has truetone turned on maybe + quality of video is no good.

Link 1:with timecode (11:51) (i feel almost the same)
Link 2 (feel a bit like this but without pink etc)
I see A bunch of material that this is normal (this is OLED) and thousands of people have the same.

As a result, 2 questions:
1. is it worth trying to change my phone and play lottery? (defects may be even worse, I repeat i don have other problems with pink green tints etc)

2. Is there is possible to have perfect 13PM with no blue offaxis or it is impossible because of OLED?

P.S. Thanks everything who read

From my experience this is normal for OLED screens of this size.

This is partly why I'm no fan of OLED in mobile tech.

Thanks. I have also heard that glass protector can enhance this effect due to light refraction,is that true?

As a result, there are no users at all without blue off-axis shift? We Can't have a static white at the angle on OLED?

this is a 13 mini, and I know not a pro, but does the white tint look pretty uniform in this photo?

Has anyone ever gotten a good display? I’m on my 5th or 6th replacement and this is what it looks like.

Took me 8 or 9 replacements to get one that I was happy with and even then, there’s an orange tint at the top left edge. This is probably just an inherent issue for this series of devices

Are the regular iPhone 13’s as bad as this on average ?
