How would anyone know? No one has access to a device yet.I had to return the iPhone 12 Pro I bought due to bad eye strain. Loving my refurbed iPhone 11 with an LCD screen. Out of curiosity, what's the deal with the announced iPhone 13 screens in terms of PWM and eye strain. They are OLED so I assume same problems as 12.
Or an hour 🤣 when the headache is actually reality of bank account with a chunk of change missing from it.I'm sure you'll find out a week after the phones get into people's hands

There should be a separate board for these PWM threads. I set three threads to "ignore" this morning, and now there are three new threads. Skimming the first three, it seemed like it was a small group of posters doing all the posting to keep them near the top. Time to hit the old ignore button some more...OP opened the thread so he can be the first one to open this thread lol. Whatever floats your boat, OP, whatever floats your boat...
I am one who suffers from PWM and while I am vested in the topic, you are absolutely right. There are like 8 threads that could be merged into one. The good part about that is that it brings more attention to the issue, which 🤞 may no longer be an issue this generation.I am one who suffers from PWM and while I am vested in the topic, you are absolutely right. There are like 8 threads that could be merged into one. It's out of hand.

1. iPhone 13 Pro is using 480hz PWM dimming at all brightness. 2.
