one should never give up hoping. at least not until they take the phone out of the box.You knew the phone would have the same sized notch and a 60Hz display... but you were so disappointed in features it doesn't have, you still bought it? 🐑

the notch is fine.
No, it is not. It is nothing less than horrible.
No need to pull down the mask. Use your passcode.
But you drop another 700-1000$ on a new iphone..The design better stay the same because I am not in the mood to drop another $60 on a leather case next year. 😒
Jesus , how could we lived in the iphone3g -iphone 5 era ?!? Did people saw often your password on those years?!Security risk of people seeing your code in public. Complex passcodes are difficult and time consuming to type in especially if you're in a situation that requires frequent locking and unlocking of the iPhone (changing music, going back and forth between some task and the phone, directions, etc.)
Please dont spread coronaAre the masks glued to your faces or something? I pull mine down when I need to use face ID.

Just use your pass or learn faceid with your mask put on
Please... Touch ID. That's all I care about. Of all the phones that needed to bring Touch ID back, it was the iPhone 12 series.
Definitely. The whole mask thing is really ruining faceID.
Sounds like a minor bump... Hoping for more...
Wearing masks is quite common in some places around the world even without a Pandemic, having the option to use whichever you prefer would be ideal.Way too late, 1 3/4 years into the pandemic
Before Face ID, passcode was used. And now, it is some how unacceptable? I like Face ID and use it when possible. However, I don''t remove my mask in public just so I won't be inconvenienced with my phone.Security risk of people seeing your code in public.
