I woke up at 6:45AM CST and I dunno how the heck I completely goofed so bad, and I mean I know what I did but dunno if I was just so tired or what but I went to the main ATT page and went through the whole order process for a 14 Pro 1TB. The site was not working as expected and did a lot of refreshing and stuff and finally got to check out and it said it couldn't use my same phone #. I was like wtf and finally was like whatever lets just get this over with and chose to get a new one then promptly checked out. I immediately realized I had added a new phone + line like an idiot lol. I went back to the site and went to my phone and clicked Upgrade and went through it again, by this time it was like 8:20AM and I was afraid the shipping time would be far out but still showed 9/16 so that's good. Then I was pissed that I'd now have to call and cancel that other one but I guess since I didn't confirm in some email they sent me, by about 11AM I had gotten an email stating that since they couldn't verify that first order came from me it was auto cancelled, so disaster averted! Anyway, can't wait to get my hands on it. It won't be a huge upgrade probably, I'm using a 12 Pro so I am trading that in for the $1000 credit so that's nice, but I really like the looks of that island thing.

I have never had a single problem ordering an iPhone on launch morning. Smooth sailing for me again this year. Did the "get ready" process yesterday and completed my order for 3 phones this morning at like 5:03am, all coming 9/16. Cases say they have already shipped and will arrive 9/10. I always just buy the unlocked version and trade in last year's phones.

This had to have been one of the worst launches in recent Apple history. The past years of Apple preorders were quite smooth using the Apple Store app but this year was a nightmare. Finally got my order through 20min after 8am for a Sept 16th pickup then had to go thru the AT&T website to get another line upgraded. Such a mess!
tbh that is nothing compared to some past launches early into the iPhone Upgrade Program. I can remember texting back and forth with a friend as we tried for over two hours until we were finally successful after 5am.

Woke up early in California and got into the Veterans Apple Site. Put my order in for a 14 Pro Max 512 in purple . Got to carrier site and was stopped as I had a pending plan change that takes place later this month. So I checked with Verizon and sure enough my hold was because of the change. Could of went ahead and had my update go in mid cycle before my billing period started but then possibly by then be waiting until mid October for my Pro Max . Decided to wait and maybe think myself out of the color purple. Granddaughters say go for the Purple. lol

I pre-ordered yesterday so today my alarm went off at 8am to complete the order but I was on a lake fishing without a good signal. I quickly drove to an open area and got a bit of a signal at 8:05 to make the order. I was able to go through the process but when I got to what should have been the completed page, the screen just locked up with nothing! I kept trying and trying but nothing. Finally, at 8:25, I received a confirmation email that my order was processed for 9/16 delivery so the order did indeed go through. WooHoo! I caught some nice bass too! ;)

I wanted to correct my previous message I rechecked my confirmation email. So I setup my order the previous day, I logged in this morning at 8:03, got the confirmation email at 8:06, and it did say my black 512gb pro max would ship between 9/28 and 10/3 . I’m amazed that I got those days getting things in as quick as I did

Preparing to ship phase, woohoo! Does it require a signature?
With UPS you can set up your preferences so no signature is required when you create an account on the UPS website. You agree to "digitally" sign for things automatically.

I set a preference to text me for every change so when it gets delivered I go home and grab it (I'm usually within five minutes of my house).
