That was a nightmare - managed to get a Pro Max for day 1 but only by picking up in store. 20 minutes of struggling! Longest I can remember for over a decade.

Just went with Natural Ti 256 via iPhone App Store. I just skipped the prepared pre-order and went through the steps again since it was choking on trying to load that. Was able to get the order in at 8:08 EST. Now the store is just erroring out if I try to look at anything else.

Same for me. Got mine in at 8:04 using saved devices bit prepped pre-order choked.

Easiest preorder ever, even if it was 6 minutes after 7. Both phones went through in about a minute, even if I did have to log in 4 times. Both orders had trade-ins, but I pre-ordered days ago and everything came up correctly.

The only problem I had is that there was no way to apply the gift card I had redeemed into my account, but I guess I'll use it some other time.

Just give Apple a call and have them change your payment method.
