Finally got in 23 minutes past, but was still able to get a Pro Max 512gb, natural titanium for 22nd pickup in store

Managed to get my order in time for arrival on release day. Got an iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in Natural Titanium, as well as a FineWoven case

To those not making launch day delivery, I recommend to check the website every morning and around lunch time (I am not kidding), the last time the Apple Store in Berlin occasionally showed more for launch day pick up throughout the pre-order week
 
Glad I am not the only one that had this happen. Now the question is, how do we fix it or will it age off? My second attempt already charged me but not the payment failed one

Pre-orders are easy to cancel. Once the madness of people trying to place new orders settles down, you'll have a one-click cancel button in your Apple Store account.
 
Took me ~25 minutes to get my and my wife's orders completed on the phone app but still managed to get 1st day delivery. Pro and Pro Max in Blue 256GB.

Extremely frustrated. Had to wake up before 5:00am, site wasn’t accessible until 5 minutes after, my session initially timed out, site was down again, then it kept erring out at every step over and over and over. My 9/22 pre-order turned in to Oct. 9-16! :mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
While I'm not pre-ordering this year, I thought I'd jump on to see what everyone was ordering. Yeesh, it sounds like the ordering experience hasn't been great for many of you. Hope everyone who wants an iPhone manages to get their orders in and aren't delayed too much.

Managed to finally get one ordered. However, it does not show up in my orders in the app store. Not sure if that is good or bad.
 
Tried for half hour and now got my order in with delivery for 27thSep - 2ndOct.
Collect in store was 'unavailable'.
Gonna have to phone in work sick for delivery day now.
 
Finally reserved my upgrade via the browser at 13:25... Pro Max 256 Blue Titanium for collection 22/09

Absolutely terrible experience.
 
Just pre-ordered from AT&T as an upgrade from my trusty but failing iPhone 7 plus I bought new in 2016.

My iPhone 7 has been getting slower and slower to the point it almost doesn't register touch. I kept telling myself to wait till it dies completely but I don't think I can wait any longer.

Do you think I will notice any difference? Oh, I got Blue Pro 256gb.
 
With somewhat of a miracle, the order went through at 8:02am EST 😅 but then it disappeared on the Apple Store app. Just found it via their website.

Reading through some of these threads, seems some have had their orders disappear and then the availability dates change. Here’s hoping the pickup date stays on the 22nd 🤞🏼

Finally. Pre-order wouldn’t show, even when using the link in the confirmation email so I had to go through the process close to 10 times I’d guess before the order ‘stuck’. Still was able to get a 1T Blue no carrier through the US App Store with 9/22 delivery.

I was within a couple of minutes of calling it quits and skipping this year. Did that one other year when their order system frustrates me to no end. Turns out they got my money again this time.
 
iPhone Upgrade Program craps the bed once again this year. I spent half hour trying to proceed with my IUP reservation that I started BEFORE today. I got tired of it. I ordered from my carrier instead with an $800 trade in.

Apple really blew it with IUP. They can never have the service work smoothly on launch morning, and it always seems more difficult and bigger hassle for IUP users rather than normal customers. So what’s the point of being an IUP member then? Be forced to pay for AppleCare+ and get horrible service on launch day that inevitably delays your delivery date. Then when next year rolls around you have to pay an extra month in order to get your upgrade on launch day, since the delays and trouble checking out this year delayed your delivery for 3 weeks.

Tired of it. Apples most premium and loyal customers choosing to upgrade yearly directly with Apple get the absolute worst deal out of all iPhone customers.
 
Did you receive the confirmation email with an order number? The order look up page seems to be down atm (happens on every launch haha)
Nothing yet! As soon as the order was complete I tried getting back on the website and it crashed.
