I quite like it but time will tell in terms of the durability. I think it’s a nice change and I definitely prefer the FineWoven over Silicone.

I picked up a Pacific Blue FineWoven MagSafe Wallet to match my Titanium Blue 15 Pro Max that should show up tomorrow and I already returned it, once I felt it in the store and saw the terrible reviews that was enough for me. I appreciate the environmental impact of getting rid of the leather but why not just make a very nice synthetic leather to replace it? A rare misstep for 

So I plopped my new 15 Pro into a FineWoven case I bought. I was planning on returning it but just wanted to make sure. But the hole for the USB port is misaligned so it doesn't fit either Apple's own Watch cable or a third party Thunderbolt cable (Apple's thin USB-C cable does fit). Very annoying.

Would like to see the FineWoven Case with the iPhone from the front side... Could you share a picture?

Did you get around to spraying the case with Scotchguard? I was thinking of doing the same but not sure how much that would help with the scratches.
I applied two sprays of scotch guard / protector to the case and started using it and so far it seems ok.

I had greasy fingers after lunch and touched the back... A small patch showed up but then I rubbed it and it dried out and I can't see the stain anymore.

Will keep an eye on other accidents and spills and nail indents and see how it performs.

Well the votes are in and the verdict is clear. Now the question is does Apple care about its customers or not?
We should know the answer shortly

John Lewis has got 20% off many of the new cases though limited colours, I ordered Taupe FW, Silicone Clay and the clear case for my iPhone 15PM which is due 2nd-9th October so I can see which I want, I will probably send the green FW back to Apple as it is darker than I thought

Honestly after watching that cringy skit in the keynote, it feels like Apple cares more about publicity for “saving” the environment than they do about its customers. There’s absolutely no way this quality is acceptable out of a $60 case. But by pitching it as an environmentally friendly they’re banking on people being more likely to put up with the shortcomings. I’m sorry but that just doesn’t compute. It’s beyond cheeky even for Apple standards.

My Finewoven case has arrived and it looks ok to me? I was expecting something incredibly flimsy and cheap feeling based on comments here, but it seems fine. It feels different which will take some getting used to and it really lacks the solid feel of the leather cases, but I'm not sure how much of that is down to the fact that I've had leather cases since the launch of the iPhone so its going to be weird. Not sure if I'll keep it or get a Nomad leather case.

The other case I got was the Otterbox Lumen in clear w/blue accents. When I'm out running I put my phone in a silicon case of some sort for drop protection and I thought I'd try a non-Apple one this time around. I've ordered a white titanium iPhone so the blue accents should look good.

Initial impressions are that the case is very well made, feels nice and solid, should offer some decent drop protection and hopefully won't turn yellow over time!

Thx. So you cannot see the titanium frame, when using a case?
You can. Apples own images show this when you look at the FW gallery on the website. The angled photo shows you can see the edge of the case, as with all their other cases. This is one reason I always get the darker phones.

Anyone else enjoy setting up the phone from scratch :)

I always do it, same as when I get a new Mac. Just feel then it doesn't carry over crap from older phones.
No, always restore from iCloud backup.

I have too many apps, having to search and re-download each one will be a huge inconvenience. If they release an update to sync the Home Screen like tvOS then maybe?

So I’ve been the FW for almost a day and the material itself is ok.

The main negative about the case is how sharp the bottom cutouts are. They are digging into my pinky whenever I hold the phone.

I think I’m gonna return it because of this.

My first impression, while I like the look of the side of the case as it resembles the old leather case, it doesn’t feel nice on my fingers. There is some kind of nasty friction when my fingers run over it.

As for the back, it feels better but could be even more velvety for a more premium and luxurious feel.

The leather case I loved wrapping my hand all over it - the Finewoven, not so much.

Overall - am hoping Apple remedies the above mentioned in either the next season release of accessories or with iPhone 16 as I’m sure we’re stuck with Finewoven and they won’t be backing down from it.
