My only complaint with my current phone (iPhone 11 with the intel modem) is the crappy cell reception in my neighborhood. Getting better reception with a quality Qualcomm modem would be a blessing.

Yes to smaller bezels, no to curved edges unless it’s all screen like this.

Curved edges are astronomically superior in both aesthetics, and more importantly, ergonomics.

A human hand matches with rounded objects. That’s just the anatomical reality.

It’s why your steering wheel is rounded and not squared off.

Enjoy.

I do hope we’re not going to get pages and pages like last time of people thinking this means curved sides like the 6-11 series.

Curved bezels

Ripping off Samsung's 'Ultra' branding whilst also copying their curved screen. How times have changed
Who said it was curved?

Well, I guess ShrimpApplePro did, but I don't quite trust leaks, especially if they come from one person.

If I read this correctly, this is more about the glass edges being rounded (rather than flat), maybe giving the appearance of thinner bezels, but not really.

In any case, rounded glass is bad because of the reflections it creates. Would hate to have that on a phone.

I still don’t understand why the bezels are not as small as those on the mini models

On my 14 Pro, when I use my left thumb to press a letter on the right of the keyboard in portrait mode, my palm often hits the Shift button and shifts to symbols temporarily. It's very annoying. It can only be worse if the bezels become smaller, unless Apple removes the touch capability all around the edges of the screen, which would please me a lot honestly.

I can't be the only who hates curved edges, especially for screens
I recall breaking my first iPhone screen when they had curved edges. Happened 3 times in a matter of months - yet I have not broken a before or after the curved edges (aside from when I dropped a 20oz hammer 3ft strait down on the screen :D). I never used a case before then and never had an issue. Started using a case after the first break, yet still broke two more.

I just don't see them going back to an exposed curved edge screen.
