The 15 Pro (non-Max) models are still plentiful. Also, don’t be surprised if there are a lot of phones released in stores next Friday.

Nobody's going to get fired. Every single iPhone that would have been pre-ordered has still been pre-ordered and now there's delays on ordering them. Anyone who still wants an iPhone will get an iPhone, and Apple's bottom line won't change.

Same as every year. Here's a tip, go into any Apple Store on launch day morning and you will get WHATEVER SKU you want.

I've done this a few times. There's also a massive line that can take quite a while to get through. Pre-ordering online is always the better idea unless you enjoy waiting in lines.

Wrong. Going through a carrier is for suckers. Buy it from apple it's yours unlocked. Most people here hasn't had a carrier locked phone for years.

My dad got in 5 minutes before me and his (512GB Natural Pro Max) was already back ordered two weeks.

It's crucial that new iPhones be delivered on launch day since old iPhones worldwide will stop working beyond September 22.

If you have trouble preordering with Apple for the new phone they have preorders and pick up on release day at Best Buy. 😊

All was well until Apple screwed it up big time by not allowing me to add my gift card balance. I had to go back and order like normal instead of using my pre-pre order. Instead of receiving shipment on 09/22 i have to go instore. Other wise i’d receive my iphone on 10/04 .. petty

I'm cofused about this issue because it did actually use my gift card balance. It appeared not to but my Apple Pay was not charged. It somehow used the gift card balance but they definitely did not make it seem like it did.

I got my order in for the blue Pro Max for 9/22 -- barely. My husband got stuck in errors, so his white Pro Max is October. I told him to try different colors for 9/22, but he was fed up with their tech issues and ignored me.

This is the same story every year. I know demand is high, especially for the Pro Max, but it's frustrating.
