I don’t mind it as long it gives me a full day of battery life, a stellar camera (where the pictures/videos wow everyone) and the performance of the iPhone.

Yes, if the rumor is true it will be 5x to 6x optical zoom. The 14 Pro Max already does 15x zoom (3x optical + 5x digital + AI upscaling).

except, the iPhone 14 does NOT do OPTICAL zoom, it has a 3x FIXED lens and everything in-between 1x and 3x is DIGITALLY created.
optical zoom is where the focal length changes through the optics in the lens ...

Apple boldly going where lots of Phone Makers have gone before. And they will parade it as amazing!! Incredible!! Innovation!!6x? Not really exciting these days. I’m still on an iPhone 11 Pro Max as the last few years of iPHones have had nothing to excite me or to make them a “Must Have” I’m actually most interested in the iPhone 15 Plus. I love a big screen and the killer feature with the 14 Plus was its light weight. 15 Plus should be same hopefully with better features.
