Magic John fits very well with as case. I think all protectors will have some sort of gap to be compatible with cases.

How about the gap with ESR leaves a big gap between the protector and phone border? Can you post some pics?

So just came back from Apple Store. Bought 2 iPhone 16 Pros. 256GB & 512GB.
On 256GB one the protector fits perfectly. First attempt.
On 512GB one, 6 failed attempts, ESR and Tersely. Apple Store tried 2 Belkins, same issue. The whole border is not sitting right.
The lady at the store said to get a new iPhone and take the refund of this one.
They’ve actually been facing this issue with quite a few other customers too so the worst part is that I don’t even know if the new one will have the same issue or not.
Honestly kinda pissed. What’s up the QC at Apple? No Apple intelligence, now screen warp issue.
Screen protector not going down? That’s what happened to me. I had to swap my whole phone because my screen protectors wouldn’t lay down. Once I got the phone swapped the first screen protector went down immediately.

It’s strange some of these phones have this issue. It took me a few days to get everything right.

Hi, i’ve been going insane for some time now looking for a good glass. Currently i’m using Armorite. Waiting for ultraglass and uniq optix clear to arrive. From what i’ve read I’ll likely return ultraglass. I’m curious about uniq, updated prism and future releases from flolab. Here is a photo of esr, how does it compare to belkin? (Just a heads up, mine has some defects in oleophobic coating but ymmv)

Thanks for the pics looks esr has the same size gap as torras…… let me know your finds about this Ultraglas and Uniq …..Ultraglass look exactly like torras not sure if they will provide bigger coverage despite the listing tells they are 1:1 full coverage

I prefer Nudient's screen protector. They have full protection that follows the screen and has rounded edges. No dust collecting around the edge and works good with cases.

Just fyi, look at the side on the first picture. One with defects has reflections making bezels look smaller than they really are. Irl armorite extends just barley over active display.

The issue with Nudient and all other the ones likely coming out of the same factory (Ultraglass, Torras, WSKEN) is that the black border that’s used to give it a nicer edge to edge appearance also cuts into the actual pixels.

The non black borders don’t look as clean, but they extend past the pixels so no pixels are being blocked.

I've never seen a full edge to edge screen protector; then again they'd never work with cases would they
I've seen some with less gap, for example last year torras on 15 Pro Max had less gap than this year...i think the change on screen sizes complicated things a little for screen protector manufacturers this year

Do you have a link for the 1 you bought?
I’ve been watching this thread for a while and finally purchased an ESR Armorite based on a person’s feedback here…

I can confirm that the ESR screen protector (the one with the Ultrafit tray) is pretty much 99% dead on with the Belkin screen protector pictures I see. It extends just a tiny bit past the bezels.

What’s funny is that the new ‘UltraFit’ tray that comes with the ESR kit is also pretty much 99% dead on with the Apple store Belkin screen protector installer…

$15 for 3 screen protectors is a killer deal compared to the UltraGlass 2, I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something similar to the UltraGlass 2 (AKA no black borders, and no bezel blockage)

What's with them being dust magnets this go round?

Ailun for my 13 mini is fine and attracts some but minor dust

Ailun (for 16Plus) and Amfilm (for 16Pro) both attracted a lot of dust after a day

Did they not round the edges enough, or is there something preventing them doing what they did with previous screen protectors?

Not the end of the world but a curious situation.

This thing looks and fits exactly like my walmart corning glass for my 16 pro max

Browski, you come across as a person that keeps one of these around for just this reason. Like me 🤣

The highest grade quality wise screen protector I’ve ever used was by this manufacturer. Not sure if they make tempered glass anymore for the iPhone.
