Mine looks teh same with the same code on the bottom right sticker. Maybe if anyone could provide a code of the older version, we would have a nice way of checking if it is a new or old one. But I assume that yours is a new one bc after installing it looks ok

Just to update on my FLOLAB install. Install was smooth just like most screen protectors. Small amount of bubbles that were easy to remove with the scraping tool. I dont have the means to take photos of my phone with the screen protector on but I will say this is now my favorite screen protector. The camera L's are visible if not slightly cut off, reminds me of my previous Torras install which has always been my favorite screen protector.

How is the oleophobic coating on the Flolab in comparison to the Torras one? I’m not sure if I just got a bad Torras one, but the oleophobic coating on mine is really bad which is unusual for Torras. I’ve left it on my phone for now though because otherwise the install was pretty much perfect.

Yep. Alignment tray is absolute crap. Had to lift and reinstall myself. Screen protector still cuts into screen. Gonna order another belkin ultraglass2 and quit the screen protector hunt. Good luck yall. This is going in the trash

What do you mean when you say short? You sure you haven’t misaligned it when you lifted it an placed it back on by you self? Tolerances this year is very very small since the new iPhone has so slim bezels so the smallest misalignment will show.

The new Flolab came in for me today and installed it. It is replacing the ESR I was using.

Installation was pretty smooth for me, had to spend 10-15 minutes getting some stubborn bubbles out with the squeegee but otherwise it was pretty straight forward.

Coverage is fantastic, easily the best out of all the ones I've tried (ESR, Spigen, Ultraglass, Torras). The protector may have *slightly* been misaligned when I installed it, but there is almost no encroachment on the camera lines when looking dead on. A tiny, tiny bit in the top left for me but I can still see all the lines. I think I can live with this...

Great adhesive as well, no issues with it coming up along the edges so far. No issues with my Ringke case as well (highly recommend this case if you hate fingerprints and want a black case, this thing refuses to show fingerprints).

Highly recommend this protector and think it's the best one out in the wild for now.

Dont you guys get nervous as heck about a bad install on premo priced screen protectors or packs that only come with 1?

I’ve tried FloLab (1st version), Toras, ESR, and Anker this year and will say this UltraGlass has been the best by far. Thinner than the rest and cuts off the least amount of screen. Straight on you can’t tell the Ls in the camera are covered, only at an angle. Anti reflective and smoothness are very similar to the FloLab.

Only thing I’d consider upgrading to is the hot glass bend from FloLab if it ever comes out….

Just went to the Apple Store and got their screen protector applied by them with that machine they use. Perfect application. I can see all the L’s in the camera app. Nothing cut off. No bubbles. Slight rainbow effect when you try to look for it when tilting phone at extreme angles but the convenience is the best. They are also supposed to reapply for free there if you’re not happy with it. Just do that and stop the stress.

How're the edges, though? My last Apple Store screen protector (for the 15 Pro) had this horrible sharp edge on the glass.

I agree with you. The second time I installed it was a lot better than my first try. I didn’t do anything different. I’m used to the Spigen SP 2-pack over the years without black borders and fit perfect. I wish this Ultraglass on Amazon didn’t have the black borders, but you can’t have everything sometimes. No problems with my Spigen Armor case so far after a few weeks by now. My fingerprints look similar to most other screen protectors I’ve tried over the years - not the best. I’m not sure how others have better or a different oleophobic coating.

I picked up my apple watch at best buy yesterday on sale. Then today they did the promo with a free $15 best buy gift card with a $100 apple gift card purchase. I missed out on that too. Lol. At least I got the watch $70 off. I will probably get my phone direct from Apple with the military discount. T mobile doesn't usually offer anything good with the plan I'm on. I'll wait until cyber Monday in case tmo surprises me. Not holding my breath.
