I wonder if they are using the same third party shipper as Pitaka and Casetify. I saw on another site that USPS is seizing the shipments for counterfeit postage

now for the arguably more difficult task of actually getting the phone itself!
I'm still waiting for the two I ordered. I ordered one on September 9 and the USPS still says it's holding it for unpaid postage (which Süti insists is just a processing delay). The second one, ordered on September 16, just got to a USPS facility in Chicago (but will probably eventually end up held for postage as well). It's a shame, because I really prefer the magnetic backs to a full case and the Nomad one I already received is decidedly inferior to the Süti products.
Finally got a response from Caudabe. Order cancelled and refund issued. Note to self- never order from Caudabe close to phone release. Just crazy.
I have received mine - granted im in Germany but i ordered the greyish silicone backplate and it arrived last Saturday.
I didn't like it to be fair - looks very cheap. I have the ProMax. Customer support was excellent however and the return was done very quick without issues.
On the bright side, i finally gave in and ordered the black/grey Pitaka. Im in love - that one is a keeper.

I have the same tracking as you. Suti also deleted my instagram comment on their post where like 4 other people said their orders were delayed
Are you using any kind of plateau protection there or is the original camera plateau from the phone?
Suti deleting public comments is a massive no-no and more than good enough reason to never use them ever again.

Nomad has an all leather case very similar to the Andar. I’ve read it’s very good this year. Has larger ports for the cable.
It feels like Silicone - nothing premium about it. It covers the Plateau quite well, however the Monk in me can see that the right cut outs cut half a millimeter lower - not sure if it affects the phones ability to take pics or if my case was a one off.
The plate sticks very good to the back of the phone and Magsafe chargers work fine with it.

Looks like numerous people are experiencing this and even refusing to refund some people's orders.
Suffice to say, if you're considering a Pitaka case, probably don't order directly from them and only order cases that will deliver in ~2 days via Amazon Prime (e.g. case already local).
