I want to reach out personally and apologize to anyone who’s been experiencing longer-than-usual shipping times on recent orders. At Süti, customer happiness is above everything. From the product itself to the shipping experience. And right now, I know we’re not delivering on that promise.
Even though we’re a US-based company, we ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Most of our products, including the iPhone 14, 15, and 16 PhoneBacks, ship directly from the US and are arriving quickly without issues. The delays are tied to the iPhone 17 PhoneBacks, which currently ship from our international hubs.
Up until a few weeks ago, everything was smooth. But recent changes to U.S. de minimis rules have caused more package reviews at customs, creating backlogs. USPS and other couriers are facing slowdowns at major hubs like New York, Chicago, and LA, which is why some of your deliveries are taking longer than expected.
While this is outside of our direct control, we’re not sitting still. We’re already implementing a new solution that will bring iPhone 17 PhoneBacks back into our US warehouse. This means delivery times of just 2–5 business days again. Fast, smooth, and reliable. We expect this to be completed within the next two weeks.
