So, do we like covered or open camera plateau?

I kind of feel safer in the covered joint ;)

I’m caseless for the time being and I like the plateau covered. I’ve been using the Matter and Süti phonebacks until my matte skin covers arrive so that I can just use the back glass protector with the skin covering the plateau. I don’t even want to use the phone backs anymore.

Going with frosty syn today …I can see the appeal and I can also see why some say syn needs a diet. For me, I think the pros easily outweigh the cons.

Please forgive my ignorance, I’m trying to find that case but haven’t found it yet. Is Syn Frosty the full name or an abbreviation? It looks great, I’d like to pair one with my 17PM Cosmic Orange.

I do prefer the closed look.

But,

Do we consider an open camera plateau to breath better (i.e. stay cooler)?

Is that why Apple designed their cases to be open?

I hear Apple did relocate the heat-generating components to this camera plateau area, so that would make sense that Apple designed the cases to be open?

The main cooling component—the vapor chamber—is in the main body of the phone, not in the plateau, which leads me to believe a case with precise cutouts is probably not an issue. I guess we’ll hear from folks if it turns out to be a problem.

What was the point of opening a UK warehouse. I just dont get it.

US customer base for Caudabe is far bigger than UK so I get that they struggling with US stock.

Did they open an empty UK warehouse space
Did they even do this?

I just thought UK orders were being shipped from Asia now
