Please forgive my ignorance, I’m trying to find that case but haven’t found it yet. Is Syn Frosty the full name or an abbreviation? It looks great, I’d like to pair one with my 17PM Cosmic Orange.

Here you go sorry for the abbreviation

Nomad Traditional Leather Case here. From local seller for cca. 52USD (original price is 89USD I think).
Very nice case. Great fit, very nice in hand and that smell, it's just amazing how leather can smell 😄. Looks and feels very premium. Only little cons is weight that is 35 grams.
But overall much better than Pitaka for me (that I thankfully can trade in iStyle form Air Battery Pack). I think I will stick with it.

So, currently I have only Apple Clear Case, Nomad Traditional Leather Case and Arc Pulse waiting for ship.

Caudabe has stated that they have issues with shipments and are working as fast as possible. I’m not trying to brush off what they have going on because I would upset as well if I paid money when a lot of you did and don’t have a product.

But there is hundreds of other cases which are great, go use one of them until Caudabe stock normalizes. You go through this every year knowing them some companies are slower than others when it comes to shipping.

They are sticking to honoring those who have ordered because I don’t even have a Sheath or Paragon and don’t want one until paid customers get theirs first.

I’m not being an apologetic or anything like that but just telling you what I know and have been told.

When I sent a message to nomad they said the case was 28 grams so 35 is disappointing. I have a full coverage le pelle leather case that's 36 grams so I thought without the sides I was thinking the nomad would be lighter. I cant tell from the pictures, does the lip sit flush as the bottom of the phone or does it stick out some. I don't like the lip to dig into my pinky when resting the phone on it.

Pitaka Aramid Ultra Guard Case - Sunset Moonrise / Silver 17 Pro Max

Nice case, very handsome. Feels very slim, but very sturdy. Very tight fit. Buttons feel good. Camera control works well. Back will be a finger print magnet but easy to clean off. The case doesn't have much a a grip, but doesn't feel slippery.

Been looking at these. Is the ultra smaller than Pro? Maybe just corners?

Very tempting

Watching this, how’s the MagSafe strength for people who got the Mous cases here?
I have the sage Mous limitless and I use the Anker Nano MagSafe battery. The MagSafe strength on the Mous is weakest among my other cases but I don’t find it to be too weak or really notice it in normal use. Material of the back may also have an impact (fabric vs leather or carbon fiber etc). I also use a Belkin MagSafe charging stand and that holds just fine.

Took delivery of the Tineeowl case for the iPhone Air today. I had the same case for the 16 Pro Max and loved it - really nice, tight fit all around, good camera control button, nice and grippy, doesn’t pick up fingerprints or smudges at all and generally love the feel of the case.

I had a feeling it might be slightly too thick/chunky for the Air but wanted to try it out at least. It actually doesn’t feel like it adds too much weight, it’s still relatively thin and has a nice lip on the screen and plateau. I’ve weighed it though and it’s 45g. That has put a dampener on it for me, to be honest.

I know people say to go caseless with the Air, and I do use it caseless when at home, but I do a fair bit of hiking, and also if I’m out at a bar, or a restaurant or at work, I want to be able to put it down on a table or a desk knowing it’s protected.

I have a leather Moft case on the way, another old favourite of mine, which is apparently 31g. I think that’ll be the happy medium for me, between the Tineeowl at 45g and the Pitaka that I’ve also been using at 21g.

That looks good, thanks for the photos. Unfortunately, I agree that 45 grams is too much for the Air…

Yes, that weight is little bit disappointing, but it's not that bad. There is lip over sides and also bottom, but it's not sharp at all. Nice to hold.

How is with other leather cases mentioned here and its weight? Andar for example.
