Try the OtterBox Cactus. It’s been my #1 case since release.
I’ve heard about that one. I might have to try it out. Vegan leather type material? If it’s anything like the Moft Movas, I’ve REALLY been liking that. MagSafe could’ve stronger and it’s a little slippery but I’m really liking it.

Any pics of the Andar Aspen on Cosmic Orange? I've seen blue, thinking purple may look interesting. Mocked these up in ChatGPT.. would love to see "real life" pics.

Anyone have/had Decoded cases? Almost zero reviews online. Looks interesting, especially the leather one. Although the lipage issue is unclear and metal-on-metal plateau cover is a bit worrisome…
I thought about ordering one. $60 and same, I’m worried about the metal on camera plateau cause scratches to the phone

Additionally worrisome. $16 shipping and they’re not paying any US tariffs or taxes.
So could be additional $20 to $60 according to their website and some here have gotten $60 bill from fed ex.

Just tried the OtterBox Defender Pro on my iPhone 17 Pro.

I'm a fan of how it's basically covered with rubber. It's definitely one of the grippiest cases I've used (lots of "grip" cases have a slippery smooth back).

I had read about Camera Control button issues with other OtterBox cases. This ones seems fine. Clicky and responsive.

But, I would not trust this case to protect my phone.

My concern is the "void" around the phone. The inside plastic shell is quite a bit bigger than the phone. With the case put together (it is 3 pieces), if you twist it you can feel the movement around your phone. You can even pop the phone out of the case when it's put together. There is simply too much empty space around the phone. Yeah, the fit is so loose on OtterBox now that you can pull your phone out without taking the case apart.

This review on Amazon (my review isn't up yet, but will be similar) nails it exactly. Their review points out the poor fit on their Pro Max case (I have the regular Pro). Your phone basically rattles around inside the case.
You don't want a bunch of empty space around your phone when it drops!
It's almost like there was supposed to be foam padding on the inside layer but OtterBox completely forgot to add it.
There is some foam on the inside plastic part, but it barely covers part of the back.

After having 40+ cases on my iPhone 17 Pro, it's clear these manufacturers didn't all design them to the same leaked(?) iPhone dimensions/specs.
I've never experienced so many cases that were either too small or too big for the phone.
