A couple of pics of the Nomad Traditional Leather Case for the iPhone Air. It just arrived today, so I don’t have much to share other than a couple of first impressions: it weighs 34 grams, the fit is very good, and the leather smells and feels excellent (better than the Andar Aspen IMO). Looking forward to seeing how it goes…
Nomad seems to have really stepped their game up this year.
It’s been great so far. I love the form factor, pretty much my favorite phone since the iPhone X. As for photos, the main camera is nearly identical to the main camera on the Pros, so at mid-focal lengths the quality is comparable. I never liked the ultra-wide due to the barrel distortion, and the telephoto isn’t powerful enough to do the wildlife/bird photography that I would use it for, so I don’t really miss either.

Looks good! Waiting to see if there’s a Black Friday sale before ordering the black. How’s it feel compared to the other cases you have, particularly the beats and Apple frost? Someone else said the sides interfere with button presses.
I’ve only had it a couple of hours, so haven’t formed any firm impressions yet. So far it feels good—I seem to be able to reach the buttons OK, and the exposed sides make it feel secure in the hand and easy to pick up from face down.
I like both the Beats and the Apple a lot. The Beats is kind of slippery though, and the Apple can get a little sticky like a lot of glossy cases do (it’s frosted on the inside, glossy outside). Both have a great form factor and are comfortable in the hand. I’ve been running the Beats recently just because it’s so dang comfortable to hold.
Is this a replacement for the inlay that already comes with the arc pulse? Or is it an additional layer under the aluminium / titanium case?
